Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
Partner with business and IT Engineering team to design, build and deliver key transformational initiatives for our Customer Success Business leveraging Customer Success Technology Platform - Gainsight
As IT Technical Staff you will be part of the VMware team that caters to Customer Success Business.
You will be key orchestrator with cross-functional teams for building out solutions on Gainsight and Salesforce platform that will make customer success operations run smoother, quicker, and smarter
What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
The Product Owner(PO) is responsible for translating the business requirements into user stories for execution by partnering with VMWare business, product management and IT engineering team.
PO coordinates the design of user stories and associated Gainsight development, testing & release sprints with a focus on scope, risks, dependencies, and schedule.
During build and testing, the PO is responsible for tracking project status, schedule and risks.
The PO provides status reports and coordinates updates with the VMware team as required.
The PO also manages change requests related to project scope, schedule or resources during build and testing.
