We, at Leggett and Platt Inc., are searching for an Employee Value and Engagement Manager within our Corporate Human Resourcesiteam to help support our business.i As a global-diversified manufacturing company, itis sometimes hard to explain all the different things we do.i We like to say, iweire the biggest company no one has ever heard of.ii We are confident you interact with one of our products in your daily life without knowing it.i Whether itis the mattress you sleep on, the car you drive, the plane you fly on, or the furniture you sit on, our high-quality components are there supporting you.iiLeggett and Plattis Talent Development Center of Expertise shapes the critical elements of our employeesi experiences by designing people-centric strategies for the present and future, aligning employee development with our company values, culture, and purpose to bring modern, innovative, and practical employee experiences to life.iAs an inspiring champion of employee development and organizational culture, you will design, deliver, and manage initiativesito create rewarding and sense-of-belonging experiences for team members throughout their employment lifecycle i onboarding, core competency development, mentoring, and culture-building activities.iReporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Development, you will partner with hiring managers to deliver an exciting employee onboarding experience and serve as a strategic partner to business teams and leaders supporting an evolution of our culture across Leggett and Platt.iYou will work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and business leaders to develop ready to implement solutions that enable our employees to learn, engage, and make positive contributions to the business while exhibiting our culture and values.i We are seeking a teammate that prides themselves on creating connection, making an impact, and shares our passion for designing experiences that create inclusive, engaging environments where employees can grow and thrive in their career.iiSo, what will you be doing as aniEmployee Value and Engagement Manager?Map out the key imoments that matteri during the employee lifecycle to create experiences that connect and engage employees throughout their career journey at Leggett.Curate, design and deliver content and experiences that foster connection and belonging, ensuring our employees have the resources and support to be effective in their role, while enabling Leggett to scale our culture as we grow.Champion talent initiatives that foster a culture of belonging, connection, wellbeing, innovation, high engagement, and performance.Work collaboratively with Human Resources and business leaders to identify opportunities to improve the new hire experience to impact engagement and retention.Partner within the talent development to design development resources and learning experiences that deeply embed our culture and values within talent processes.Support managers and teams with resources and programs to reward and recognize employees as they demonstrate the critical elements of our culture.Design and support the cultural and development components of Leggettis employee value proposition internally and partner with Talent Acquisition to share our story externally to candidates, customers, and communities we serve.Implement surveys and feedback processes to gather and analyze data for continuous improvement to implement recommendations and measure/communicate the success of these initiatives across the business.Build and use data insights to create a dashboard and scorecards to track employee engagement across the organization and create opportunities for employee voices to be heard.iTo be successful in this role, youill need:3-5 years demonstrated experience creating and leading learning and engagement programs that enhance and contribute to a positive company culture.Bacheloris Degree in Human Resources, Training, Public Relations, Communications or related professional discipline
