Job Summary:
The Talent Development Specialist will help create and administer the training and development of all BPMS team members, ensuring training that aligns with employee performance, Bonaventure's Core Values, and meets organizational goals. Seeking a dynamic out-of-the-box thinker to align and support all team members.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, implementation, and completion of the Talent Development Team strategy.
Help facilitate education platform to ensure a complete understanding of Bonaventure's best practices, and industry trendsfor training and development
Monitor scorecards for potential development and prescriptive opportunities for employees
Participate in Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly event planning and attendanceas well as quarterly site visits to each region
Drive Performance in our Ellis Secret Shop Program to benchmark scores of 95% in addition to 100% compliance in all mandatory training assignments.
Participate in leading BonaBook Club, SatisFacts, VA Tech Intern Program, and various program-related launches/retraining
Administer new hire onboarding and logistics
Partner with the leadership to team to elevate the current teams as well as partner with Recruiting to help to provide feedback for best practices with the Directorof Talent Development
Help to engage and expand upon our Bonaventure culture
Requirements:
2 years of Property Management required
Prior experience in training and development
Strong oral and written skills
Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to travel based on project location, on avg 25% travel
Valid Drivers License and able to pass a drug check and a background
