The field marketing manager - East will interact daily with the sales team and oversee all aspects of field marketing for the region.

Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

  • The primary objective of this position is to build and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive demand and support sales efforts within the cybersecurity sector. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry, strong knowledge of marketing tactics, and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.

What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

  • Travel up to 60% of the time for internal and events/meetings.

  • Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive field marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales pipeline within the cybersecurity industry.

  • Collaborating with regional sales teams to understand market dynamics, target audience, and sales goals, and align marketing efforts accordingly.

  • Creating and executing marketing programs and events, including seminars, conferences, webinars, and tradeshows, to engage prospects, customers, and partners.

  • Planning and coordinating logistics for field marketing activities, including venue selection, budget management, collateral production, staffing, and post-event follow-up.

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to create compelling marketing content and collateral that effectively communicate our cybersecurity solutions' value propositions.

  • Leveraging digital marketing channels, social media, and online advertising to drive attendance and engagement for field marketing initiatives.

  • Analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns, track lead generation and conversion metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to the marketing and sales teams.

  • Managing relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and event organizers to ensure successful execution of field marketing activities.

  • Staying up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the cybersecurity field, and incorporate them into field marketing strategies.

  • Collaborating with the global marketing team to ensure field marketing initiatives align with overall company objectives and brand guidelines.

For US based candidates, the annual pay range (OTE for commissioned roles; Salary for other roles) for this position is: $96,000 - $230,000. The actual offer will be based on the role, location, and individual candidate experience. Bonus, commission, and/or equity may be eligible for this position.
