The New Unit Growth Specialist is responsible for delivering a smooth transition from opening to conversion completion in support of regional operations teams. Will work with a team of field integration staff and cross functional team members in order to meet or exceed expected underwriting results for acquisitions and greenfield openings. Focus will be on performance and profitability, while protecting and promoting the Car Wash US brand image, service and quality standards.
Meet deadlines and performance metrics through coaching, managing and training in acquisitions/new site openings
Improve ramp of new centers, both greenfield and acquisitions
Build and maintain positive trust relationship with acquired team to minimize initial staff turnover
Develop system of recruitment, evaluation and training for new/legacy staff
Educate and coach new teams in accordance with Car Wash US standards for operational efficiency and profitability
Address and resolve all on-site issues that arise
Supervise and train personnel, implement sales & management procedures
Works with all cross functional departments to ensure accurate direction and timely adherence to deadlines
Develop, document and update procedures for playbook
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field.
3- 5 years of multi-unit operations experience
Ability to provide sales, marketing and operational leadership.
P&L knowledge/experience.
Excellent interpersonal communications skills with all levels (crew to ownership).
Willing and able to travel approximately 70%.
