Responsibilities

  • Listen - actively engage with senior business leaders and technology solution partners to capture key business priorities and value drivers

  • Understand - work with current-state business capability model to identify areas of gap, misalignment, and deficiencies

  • Envision - work closely with EA domain owners to construct multi-year roadmaps that would address gaps and deficiencies identified in the BCM

  • Anticipate - play out -what if- scenarios with fellow EAs and partners to prevent tunnel vision and build viable alternatives for -best-case- plans

  • Collaborate - work with EA peers to ensure roadmaps are adhered to without being dogmatic and idealistic, making pragmatic adjustments along the way

  • Document - own and drive the maintenance and upkeep of enterprise estate artifacts (-City Map-) as well as roadmaps, using leading EA tooling - specifically Ardoq

  • Champion - regularly connect with change leaders to share vision and value of the roadmap, soliciting and incorporate feedback into revisions

  • Explore - stay informed on innovative, emerging macro technology trends

Qualifications

  • Ten years of related experience in crafting, implementing, and operating IT technologies is required

  • Eight years of experience in architecture practices or similar functions

  • Consistent track record in Enterprise Architecture roles

  • Knowledge of business capability modeling, technology road-mapping, technology strategy formulation, and estate management is required

  • Confirmed strength in critical thinking and leadership with strong abilities in positive relationship management among peers, team members, and within all levels of the organization

  • Capability to implement the vision, drive business results, and drive strategic growth in a highly dynamic environment

  • Business acuity and detailed knowledge of general principles of finance, budget, ITIL, project management, secure systems development lifecycle, and IT Security

  • Accomplished change leader
