What this looks like (starts after 90 days):

As a Robot Tech at Caterpillar you will:
Set-up, perform maintenance and operate robotic welding equipment
Use mechanical and electronic aptitude
Use GMAW robotic welding to setup and perform touchups
Read and interpret welding blueprints
Identify welding defects and use welding inspection tools
Basic Qualifications:
Robotic training
One year of manufacturing experience
Top Candidates:
Education in Robotic Welding
Experience using AutoCAD
CRAW certification
CWI Certification
