Wear & Maintenance Components
We design and manufacture wear and maintenance components. We are dedicated to continuously maintaining a world class end-to-end supply chain network providing components exceeding our customer's expectations in terms of quality, cost, lead-time, and supply chain flexibility requirements.
As a Supply Chain Planning Engineer III, you will be responsible for performance levels to corporate targets for Parts Excellence Program in the area of customer deliveries. You will facilitate efforts to develop and implement the improvement plans for On-time in Line (OTIL) and Order Need by Date (ONBD).
Job Duties/Responsibilities may Include, but are not limited to:
The incumbent coordinates and manages a performance portfolio for multiple, cross functional work teams deploying the Supply Chain Planning Process and how it impacts customer deliveries.
Incumbent is required to work and communicate effectively with diverse, multi-functional teams across multiple divisions and dealers in order to apply the supply chain planning process and lead team efforts to improve the customer experience and customer deliveries.
Incumbent is required to take an enterprise-wide view of supply chain planning processes and tools, as well as knowledge of dealer processes, in order to coordinate the efforts of multiple teams across functions and divisions.
This position supports efforts and leads teams to ensure NPI, Engineering Change and Supply Change Control process conformance. This role requires cross-functional work team leadership skills and communication.
This position leads cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain constraints, which requires leading teams to deploy solutions using root cause corrective action.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or Industrial Engineering; or equivalent experience
A background in Supply Chain, Manufacturing / Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Inventory Management, Material Requirements Planning, Demand Management, Logistics and/or Commercial
Experience with data analysis and project leadership
5+ years of progressively responsible supply chain or commercial job experience
Experience in the development and deployment of Supply Chain processes or of dealer programs
Top Candidates will also have:
Previous experience as a Supply Chain Planning Engineer
Previous experience working with dealers
Strong problem solving, priority setting, and communication skills

This position does offer relocation.
This position requires25% or less travel.
