Ferguson Integrated Services is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Quality Assurance Associate. If you have a basic understanding of Supply Chain Management and Purchasing, coupled with a commitment for great customer service, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities
A Quality Assurance Associate's responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:
Guides quality assurance processes, tools & quality standards with industrial teams.
Perform scheduled physical counts of inventory store in assigned locations
Research and resolve inventory discrepancies involving products and quantities
Identify and resolve basic configuration issues to ensure safe and efficient storage of items
Resolve all inventory concerns as reported on Problem Forms and Location Research Forms
Improves reports evaluating standards or specialized testing methods to ensure orders meet or exceed quality, timing, cost standards.
Contributes to the development of protocols for the implementation and maintenance of technical QA and control systems for production processes.
Assists audits and reviews quality data according to existing procedures. Documents results in required format.
Organizes data for technical documentation enabling the quality methods function to calibrate and refine methodologies shaping continuous improvement impacts.
Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
