Your Impact
Problem solving and research to apply payments that are not applied.
Effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients to research and help solve problems to apply payment.
Balancing current day cash to make sure all client payments have been accounted for.
Successfully closing and opening a new period/month to ensure all cash has been posted and no issues to prevent closing and opening function.

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
High School diploma.
Strong attention to detail - ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a high energy, fast paced environment.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines, interruptions, and multiple tasks.
Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, and Basic Spreadsheet.
Minimum 5 years experience in Accounts Receivable with exceptional customer service skills.
Strong communications skills - result driven in alignment with the WSP Culture.
Must possess a high level of professionalism and positive attitude when interacting with colleagues, clients, guests and other employees in the office.
Must be a self-starter capable of taking on tasks with little direction or supervision.
Must have initiative with ability to anticipate needs and complete important tasks without needing to be asked.
Must be able to prioritize assignments with minimal supervision along with time management, resourcefulness, fine attention to detail and follow-through.
Must be a strong team player.
Must be able to use discretion and confidentiality.
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
