Job Description:
Aerojet Rocketdyne, an L3Harris Technologies company, is seeking a Senior Associate, Program Finance Analyst to join our Finance team in supporting in-space propulsion development & manufacturing in Redmond, WA. In the role of Senior Associate, Program Finance you will be instrumental to the financial success of in-space propulsion projects. You will work with technical and program leads to model program financials, analyze financial data, and lead efforts to achieve financial success against operating plans. You will be responsible for tracking key KPIs such as revenue, headcount, cash flow, and profitability. A successful Senior Associate Finance Analyst will work cross functionally with program management, supply chain, engineering, operations, and accounting. Essential Functions:
Build and maintain financial forecasts (monthly/quarterly) and budgets. Work with large data sets. Produce variance analysis ensuring data accuracy and on time delivery.
Maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) baselines and generate EVM reports.
Provide data backed financial recommendations to management.
Ad hoc business analysis to inform business decisions and quantify risks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related Finance experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related Finance experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related Finance experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Graduate Degree (MBA, CPA)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to draw conclusions from large data sets, takes initiative in an ambiguous work environment
Proficiency in Excel

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $60,500- $112,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
