James Martin Vanities is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Office Services Coordinator. If you are a professional, career-minded individual who is committed to great customer service, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities
As an Office Services Coordinator, you will:
Perform routine clerical support for functional groups such as copying, distributing mail, performing simple calculations, and maintaining records
Purchase and manage office supply inventory
Maintain files and accurate records as required
Accurately communicate with customers on order status and backorder updates
Maintain good customer and sales relations
Gather required data for quote preparation
Answer incoming phone calls and emails
Contact sales associates for clarity on orders
Contact and resolve any open items or issues that are outstanding on customers PO's
Assist customers by phone and email with damage, defect, and returns inquiries
Assist customers by phone and email with sales related inquiries
In addition to the essential job functions described above, all associates will perform duties as requested by management
Qualifications
A high school diploma (or equivalent)
Ten Key data entry experience is highly preferred
Computer experience with Outlook and Excel are high preferred
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change

$20.77 - $33.85

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
