Job Description

Does the idea of sending the right message to the right customer at the right time to drive higher customer lifetime value get you excited and ask, when can I start? If so, this role might be the right role for you! Partnering with our analytics and marketing functions, this role will manage the analysis and vision for our multi-million dollar customer personalization marketing function! This role is integral in driving forward our investment in a proprietary personalization function to improve both the infrastructure and individual audience targeting over 200 million consumers and households containing thousands of customer attributes. The position will leverage our industry leading platforms to both future-proof our marketing capabilities in a cookie-less digital landscape and influence marketing strategy based on insights the team delivers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • CRM Analysis - manage the measurement and analysis of our different CRM initiatives

  • Outside the box thinking - How can we do what we do better? How can we significantly identify better audience segments based on better messages to drive more value?

  • CRM Reporting- Utilizing millions of attributes across millions of customers, how can we understand what worked well and what did not?

  • CRM modeling - build and own CRM churn models to allow segmenting, targeting, and personalizing communication across all channels

  • Team Management -- general management, people development, etc

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Quantitative Degree preferred

  • CRM analytics (loyalty and retention)

  • Analysis experience, using SQL, R, python, and / or other advanced statistical techniques

  • Significant business ownership experience working with CRM and customer analytics in hospitality, travel, retail, or consulting environments

  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with key stakeholders to deliver results

  • Analytical Talent Management

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results

  • Conscientious about meeting project deadlines

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Personal integrity, humility, an appreciation for the power of true teamwork, and a sense of humor

  • Passion for the restaurant industry and desire to train in our restaurants to learn operations. A strong desire to help shape the future at Inspire Brands

  • Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision
