Purpose: The National Sales Assistant is responsible for helping the National/Regional Sales Manager with the needed tasks in order to grow national business. Will also assist the Traffic Manager with various traffic functions.Qualifications:Education:High School Diploma or College degree in related field Experience:One to two years of administrative experience preferred Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe necessary Digital experience preferred.Essential Skills:Overall knowledge of Comscore ratings and methodology is preferredWide Orbit, Dare, E-Port and Microsoft Excel experience is preferredStrong initiative, organizational skills and attention to detail is required Willing to learn all research and utilize in client proposals effectively.Essential Functions:Communicates with National Agencies on a daily basis and maintains all sales order documentationProcesses make-goods, program changes and researches discrepanciesSend pre and post logs as requestedMaintains and updates filing systems, and political file Ability to be flexible and multi-task is essential High level of accuracy required Ability to work well with staff and customers necessary Physical Requirements: Sitting 80%, standing/walking 20%. Ability to lift and carry 10 50 lbs. for short distances. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to walk, stand, use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and talk and hear.
