This Ship Modernization Scheduling Analyst will be organized, and experienced in analyzing and evaluating shipbuilding, or ship design project schedules and provides program and project managers information to be used in planning, monitoring, and resource allocation.

In this role, you will:
Develop plans, including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements.
Assist with and provide input to the design, development and maintenance of detailed schedules for implementation, developmental and operational systems.
Provide advanced analytical support to operational team.
May serve as a technical/scientific resource on project, updating project management models and forecasts, and developing detailed schedules. Assists in keeping schedule current using automated tools.
Modify schedules as appropriate and maintain status on linkages and dependencies with related projects.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance. This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Serco to staff it only with U.S. Citizens, be able to obtain gain access to shipyards (NAVSTA & DBIDS), undergo a background investigation and pass a drug screening
Bachelors Degree and2-4 years of experience (Shipboard exp Highly preferred) orHigh School diploma or GED and 6-8 years of experience (Shipboard exp Highly preferred)
2-4 years of MS Project software experience
Ability to work a Hybrid Schedule (At the office/onsite 3 days of the week, and 2 days from home if and when available, when not available you would work at the office/onsite)
Proficiency with MS Office suite
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Knowledge with NAVSEA Std items 009-60 and 9090-310H
