Brooks Instrument, a global manufacturer of flow and pressure measurement and control products for critical applications, and a division of ITW (A Fortune 200 Company) is seeking candidates for a Material Attendant. Brooks maintains manufacturing, sales, and service center facilities around the world, and our products are used in laboratory and process applications in end markets such as: life sciences, petro-chemicals, semiconductor, analytical instrumentation, nuclear, and solar cells.
We are currently looking for a temporary person on 3rd shift.
Basic Function
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work from instructions and exercise some judgment to perform required duties.
Initiate transactions for receipt and disbursement of inventory
Work with computer (bar coding, etc.)
Pull parts to pick list requirement, customer orders, and to fill Kan Bans
Accuracy, attention detail along with problem solving is needed to determine root cause analysis.
Regular attendance and ability to get along in a team environment.
Follow all safety procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
1-2 years experience in a similar role is required
High School diploma or GED is required.
