This position is responsible for supporting and sustaining existing products as well as to developing new service product offerings. This position will help to design and develop technological features to improve equipment reliability and to deliver consistent up time for our customers. The successful individual will work closely with the Product Support Team, Project Leaders and Product Managers to create and deliver tools, software, and processes to improve customer's equipment experience and quality.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, or similar) required.
0-2 years of experience with equipment design including the applications of electrical wiring, motors, pumps, sensors, switches, and other controls.
Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience providing engineering support to ensure products meet organization and industry standards.
3D CAD design using Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
MS or MBA
Experience with machine design, component selection, and manufacturing processes.
Demonstrated ability to perform specification review and materials selection.
Project management experience with cross-functional teams.
