Overview
Audacy's Digital Team is looking for a Key Accounts Specialist who will be assisting with the management of Audacy Denver's largest and most important client. The qualified candidate will primarily be responsible for providing pre-sales support, management of campaign set-up, monitoring and analyzing digital advertising campaigns, and ongoing support for this client. Qualified applicants will have an exceptional eye for detail, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing digital campaigns leveraging the following tactics is preferred: OTT (Over-the-Top), Social Advertising (Facebook & Instagram), Email Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, and Search Engine Marketing.
The anticipated starting salary range for Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $65,000-$70,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Perform ongoing audits and appraisals of digital campaigns to guarantee flawless execution and outcomes.
Proactively monitor digital advertising campaign performance to ensure the campaigns are performing within or above client expectations.
Analyze campaign data to provide insights and make recommendations for optimization based on campaign performance and media mix allocation.
Communicate with internal teams and external clients on day-to-day changes and updates to advertising campaigns.
Perpetually engage with ongoing industry research and best practices.
Qualifications

Required:
Experience with the following digital advertising platforms is preferred: OTT, Social Advertising, Email, SEO, and SEM.
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and client teams to manage campaigns with varied tactics across hundreds of locations simultaneously.
Minimum of 2 years of digital advertising experience and operations and/or customer service.
Bachelor's degree required.
