Description:

The Security Professional will primarily support the Global Investigations team but may be called upon to support all functions within the Security department under the responsibility of the Chief Security Officer. This position will manage and implement delegated global processes and provide advanced administrative and project support to Security leadership, availing them the additional time for their top responsibilities.

Job duties will constantly change with the demands and needs of Security leadership. The incumbent must be able to perform duties with a high level of confidentiality and discretion. This role is seeking someone who is exceptionally organized and capable of multitasking. The incumbent will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of Global Investigations.

Candidates must have the ability to meet tight deadlines, to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time, and to react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. Candidates must possess a high level of integrity and discretion, superior attention to detail, strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be able to organize, complete and maintain large projects such as databases for a process improvement and records retention/defensible deletion management. This position might also include the direction and coordination of the activities of others both internal and external to Global Security.

In support of security and investigations management, assignments may require reviewing the work of other personnel and providing updates to Security leadership. Assignments may require assuming a significant role, either as an individual contributor or as part of a project team, with increasing emphasis on identifying and applying techniques to solve problems and make recommendations. Candidates will be required to develop collaborative relationships and provide expertise, technical guidance, and support within the Security department.

Representative activities:

- Create polished presentations and documents using Microsoft Office products

- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Work on ad hoc assignments as needed

- Recognize and maintain the confidentiality of work materials

- Willingness to take initiative and ownership of projects, as needed

- Manage and maintain historical and current data sets used for reporting purposes

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: This position typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with four to seven years experience with a major law enforcement, intelligence, public service, or private sector security organization.
