Job Details:SUMMARY: This position is responsible for various accounting functions in the department to include, but not limited to, breeder/pullet accounting. The successful candidate takes the lead to get the results that are needed, ensuring that all aspects are efficient and accurate. The candidate will be the go-to person for anything related to breeder/pullets. This is a multi-task environment where your attention to detail can really shine and make a difference. Tyson Foods is an awesome place to work where you can grow and learn and contribute to a great team!Responsibilities include:Accurate and timely transmitting offeed ticket information into GIS; reconciling breeder/pullet medication and merchandise inventories,breeder/pullet account reconciliations and anyrequired journal entries; accurate grower pay; collaborating with others in all aspects of breeder/pullet accounting. The successful candidate must be able to master all aspects of grow-out accounting in order to provide support; other duties may be assigned.Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results, and coordinating with others. Assignments are defined and the approach to be taken is usually determined in coordination with others.
