Sales Support Analyst - Austin, TX - (B3) - Applied Materials

Job Description

In this role, you will collaborate with sales account manager, service contract support, contract management and central operations to ensure opportunity, forecast and sales relevant activities complete within the required time frame. You will require to be proficient in all aspects of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Opportunity Management

  • Coordinates external inputs / outputs from SCS / CM organizations to support opportunity management, configuration, pricing and quotations

Forecasting Coordination

  • Ensures sales risks & opportunities are properly forecasted and bridged with Services S1, work through sales to identify and close gaps to meet / exceed AOP

Data Aggregation / Actions Tracking

  • Roll up regional inputs to support quarterly reviews, manage regional actions through Services Activity Tracker (SAT) by loading new activities for sales inputs

Billing Support / A/R Escalation Management and Resolution

  • Coordinate A/R activities to support high impact gaps

Program Coordination (Legal / Customer Communications / Customer Surveys)

  • Coordinate documentation, new customer registration, credit line application, trade/export license, customers notifications

OnDemand Service Coordination

  • OnDemand service support, upselling, reconciliation

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education:

Skills

  • Excellence in communications (Ability to Use Positive Language)

  • Negotiation skill - written and spoken

  • Problem Solving/ Logical thought process/Analytical Skill

  • Financial Acumen

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of sales processes ; Services business operation processes

Experience

  • 8 to 10 Years+ of experience in a sales support role;

  • Semiconductor experience is a plus

  • SAP/CRM experience is a plus

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Master degree is a plus
