Summary You will serve as a Navy ERP Specialist in the Command Support Division of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR PUGET SOUND. Responsibilities You will manage and coordinate the establishment of N-ERP access for civilians, military and contractors in the area of responsibility through the maintenance of end user accounts You will be directed by NAVSUP to implement and communicate new program policies You will manage role approver accounts and work with them to validate AE requests to prevent separation of duty conflicts, and mitigate any that arise You will collect and collates workload data ( number of access enforcer request processed, number roles assigned) and report it to higher level management Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing in depth knowledge of Navy ERP systems and its functionality pertaining to employee access, workforce management and training. You have experience using N-ERP Work processes, and administrative operations of the N-ERP System in order to provide advice and assistance with systems functionality and assist in resolving issues. You have experience managing and coordinating the establishment of Navy-ERP access for civilians, military and contractor in the area of responsibility through the maintenance of end users accounts and personal records. You have experience using various automated systems to gather, analyze, update and maintain program and personal date related to N-ERP.
