The Ops team is searching for a Task Supervisor to join our energetic and performance-focused team during our peak season. The position will utilize your engagement, collaboration, and performance skills to make a positive impact to our consumers.
Serco supports the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and the Affordable Care Act by processing consumer applications. Our team reviews and processes the applications and then sends them on to the marketplace to obtain healthcare.
In this assignment, you will be part of the site's leadership team in charge of performance and production of the eligibility support workers who assist consumers in obtaining affordable healthcare. You will be working closely with your Operations Manager and peers to meet client deadlines and deliver exceptional customer service.
As a Task Supervisor, you can expect to:
Ensure our site is meeting and exceeding all performance goals.
Engage your direct and indirect reports to fully understand issues and concerns and work for meaningful resolution.
Provide detailed analysis and reports.
Collaborate with the site's senior leadership team and your peers to ensure consistency across all shifts/all teams.
Identify production and non-production application issues, develop solutions, and implement necessary changes.
Prepare employee performance evaluations.
Ensure completion of administrative reporting, e.g., timecards, daily statistics, logs, and task narratives.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Coaching Experience
Time management, communication, and organizational skills
This position is contingent upon your ability to pass a background check, drug screen and credit check.
Employee must have met the standard for productivity and quality for the previous month and have no conduct warnings (written or above) in previous 6 months.
Additional desired experience and skills:
Team leadership or management experience
Excel skills
Call Center experience.
