The Mission
The Leidos National Security Sector uses a wide range of capabilities to support our customers' mission to defend against evolving threats around the world. The Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a Lifecycle Support Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will join our team supporting a nationally significant and fast-paced program that uses Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology. .
An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required up front to be considered for this position.
This contract is a multi-year contract providing system engineering, development, test, integration and operational support focused on injecting new technology and adding advanced capabilities while continuing to support an on-going mission and operational system.

This contract is a multi-year contract providing system engineering, development, test, integration and operational support focused on injecting new technology and adding advanced capabilities while continuing to support an on-going mission and operational system.
Primary Responsibilities
Track and help with the management of hardware assets, software, and software license information for a large, complex hardware/software system consisting of multiple geographically distributed systems and diverse configurations within a multifaceted network environment.
Help create and refine documentation for a large-scale environment and tracking of hardware and software assets, and resources, and facilitate continuous process improvements.
Identify, control, document, verify, and create detailed reports regarding program assets.
Assist with Configuration Management/collaboration tool administration.
Help manage software assets for control and distribution to other teams across the program.
Provide support to various program teams.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (or 4 years of work experience in lieu of degree) and at least 4 years of government purchasing, quality control, data management, and hardware/software management. Additional experience in the above skills may be substituted for a degree.
Must have at least 1 year of large-scale quality control, data management, hardware/software management, and government purchasing experience.
Must have experience with hardware warranties and maintenance, and/or software licenses and support.
Must be comfortable working with teams to gather information related to the lifecycle of equipment and software.
Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to handle time-sensitive tasking.
Must possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be self-motivated, proactive, capable of independently and effectively planning, and prioritizing tasks.
Must possess a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
System Administration experience, help desk, or hands-on experience with hardware and software maintenance is strongly preferred.
Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, and/or Audit experience, particularly on a large technical system.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $61,750.00 - $111,625.00
