Summary:
Manage all aspects of the assigned account within the Retail Shared Services relationships. Develop and implement sales programs and introduce new products within assigned accounts. Develop and implement plans to deliver strong net margin growth. Maintain, grow and develop strong customer relationships. Manage allotted budget within assigned parameters. The job involves selling the full portfolio of the assigned account for the Retail Shared Services organization within the ITW Automotive Aftermarket Group, which includes ITW Car Care, ITW Tire Repair, ITW Engine Repair and ITW Evercoat. Industry leading brands include Rain-X, Permatex, Fix-a-Flat, Black Magic, Fast Orange, Spray Nine, Slime and Gumout.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and develop customer relationship, Main point of contact to director and Divisional departments on customer strategy.
Responsible for Customer's product, price and brand strategy.
Manage independent representative
Assist with product innovation
Develop and execute sales strategies to profitably grow brands.
Implement comprehensive retail sales & marketing programs.
Be an expert at assigned account's system to collect data to analyze sales trends, manage forecasts and identify opportunities.
Coordinate and manage retail modulars and off-shelf displays to effectively optimize sales growth.
Evaluate competitive products, pricing, promotions and sales strategies.
Interface with Sales Operations Team and Supply Chain to properly outlook
Collaborate with Customer Marketing and Brand Management on product pricing, promotions, advertising, and new product introductions.
Control annual assigned promotional budget.
Effectively manage direct reports.
Additional related duties as needed.
Bachelor's degree from accredited university or comperable years of experience
4 to 5 years of previous sales experience preferably with leadership experience.
Experience in multi-level selling and large deal negotiations preferred.
Strong customer focus, communication, sales coaching, decision-making and influencing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite - Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Strong presentation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment is essential.
Valid driver's license.
50% travel time.
