_SUMMARY:_ The Contract Recruiter plays a key role in the continued development of a creative, proactive, and organized approach to our corporate talent acquisition strategy. Supported by internal and external resources, the AM Talent Acquisition function is critical service delivery function in a $1B+ sales, distribution, and manufacturing organization. We are seeking a professional, experienced recruiter/senior recruiter with a desire to work remote and support a variety of functional roles including but not limited to: manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, sales, distribution and corporate roles such as IT, Finance or HR. Your requisition load would be a range from 10 to 20 ideally. Hours would be approximately 20-30. Option for more as needed and desired by the recruiter. You would work remote - coming to corporate HQ in Cuyahoga Falls for periodic meetings - if applicable and in the area. Hourly rate - negotiable, no benefits, or holidays. We are seeking a term of a minimum of 90 days with a potential for extending if agreed and needed by the business. We supply complete set up and technology as needed including LinkedIn Recruiter seat, Laptop, monitor, cell phone. _OBJECTIVES:_ . Partner with the company's hiring managers to execute effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring plans in a timely and consistent fashion while responding effectively to changes of business requirements. . Track, analyze and develop improvement plans for key talent acquisition processes and metrics to monitor and improve service delivery. . Adhere to an exemplary customer service model for Talent Acquisition services across all parts of the AMI business. _DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:_ . Recruit candidates to fill exempt and non-exempt positions across specific, assigned AM business lines (Manufacturing, Distribution and Corporate), while interacting and supporting parallel efforts supporting our other business segments. . Candidate pipeline generation for active and proposed business needs using standard and creative sourcing techniques and management of all activities through the corporate Applicant Tracking System. . Creates and posts effective job descriptions to various internet sites and uses social media to promote advertised employment opportunities. . Conduct initial screenings and initial interviews (both internal and external) to recruit prospective employees and refer job applicants to specific job openings. . Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral. . Coordinate on-site interviews, evaluation, and documentation of interview feedback, as well as completion of all requirements. . Effective collaboration with HR colleagues and processes, insuring effective and seamless on-boarding for successful candidates. _KEY RELATIONSHIPS:_ . Assigned internal customers (AM Hiring Managers) . Applicants and candidates for employment with AM. . HR Leadership Team and colleagues _EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:_ * Minimum of 5 years of full life cycle recruiting i.e.- staffing or agency, corporate, contract. * Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter - required * Experience using an ATS - required * Propensity for continuous learning, rapid prototyping and creative problem solving * Demonstrated critical thinking skills and a true sense of urgency * Understanding of social media tools, to include broadcast, engagement, conversion measurement and reporting. * Appropriate proficiency of MS Office tools, internet search techniques. #Indeed-Associated All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
