The ideal candidate will have around 2 years of experience in leadership and management. The manager will assist with daily operations such as sales, inventory control, loss prevention and safety, while upholding a positive mindset to keep their team motivated during the workday!
Job Duties:
Receive customer payments
Provide excellent customer service
Answer phones (multi-line phone system)
Quote and schedule customers

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years management experience
1+ years' experience in auto glass is a plus (not required)
Customer Service/Sales experience (2 years minimum)
Understand basic financial concepts, including but not limited to profit and loss statements, and payroll management
Sales management experience in the auto dealership, auto repair or glass replacement industries
Ability to multitask and stay efficient
Desire to thrive as a leader in a team environment
Sales-driven with a retail sales background
Successful Drug Screening
Valid Driver's License
High School Diploma (or GED required)
Bilingual (requested but not required)
