Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the Command Support Division of the Business Department of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR PUGET SOUND. Responsibilities You will report findings and provides recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of NAVSUP FLCPS Products and Services verbally, in writing, or both. You will compile and analyze results, and presents outcomes and recommendations to supervision and executive leadership. You will maintain command directives by tracking update schedule, requesting content validation from directive owners as scheduled, and routing updated directives through appropriate review chain. You will conduct internal audits on Command Support functions (i.e. Health and Wellness Program, NFAAS, Telework Program, Personal Property, etc.) and provides reports to Command Support Division Director. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying an expertise knowledge in facilitation, group dynamics, process and performance improvement techniques in support of a program. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Planning and facilitating Continuous Performance Improvement events and projects; 2) Tracking event/project status, interviewing key personnel, collecting data, observing work processes and space and equipment utilization, analyzing historical workload and process performance, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and policies; 3) Guiding a team in analyzing and assessing work processes, staffing, equipment, facilities, or services utilized.. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying fact-finding, investigative, and analytical techniques, in order to analyze functions under study or respond to data requests. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Developing procedures for disaster preparedness, and trains personnel on evacuation and muster point coordination procedures; 2) Drafting Situation Report (SITREP) messages regarding incident impacts, expected restoration of full operational capability, status of personnel, and other information required by higher echelons and Federal and State governments; 3) Developing and presenting briefs..
