Caterpillar's Building Construction Products (BCP) division is hiring a Marketing Communications Consultant who will manage social tactical execution, dealer program activation, and support creative and agency collaboration. This customer-focused, data-driven, collaborative thinker will help drive consistency for the North America team across marketing initiatives. Job Duties:
Support campaign creative asset development including messaging, creative look and feel, approvals, business unitconnection, dealer kit assets, and translations.
Support development and deployment of campaign performance reports for both internal and external dealer audiences(working closely with the North America team and the Digital Marketing & Analytics Team).
Supportdealer communication content developmentfor multiple mediums and tactics.
Drive success and growth for North America social channels/pages through key performance indicators like impressions, engagement, lead generation and attribution.
Work closely with enterprise social teams to align with corporate standards and governance policies, while also providing valuable business unit insights.
Leverage research and collaborate with team to havecross-channel alignment, audience messaging and targeting, and CX.
Partner with global social marketing leads and team members, product groups, product content teams, and retail teams to support social content marketing strategies and tactical plans.
Support the growth of product sales by increasing participation in lead generation through cross-channel marketing efforts and segmented advertising campaigns.
What You Have
Experience in roles leading/managing digital marketing initiatives, social channelsor creativecontent efforts.
Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams or a global organization.
Excellent communication skills, demonstrated by developing and delivering persuasive presentations, proposals and business cases that inspire action.
General understanding of the technical aspects of digital marketing channels and tools (websites, social, paid media, email marketing).
Experience working on large/complex digital marketing initiatives and/or working with large brands/complex organizations.
Top Candidates Will Also Have
Experience leading or managing CX/UX strategy efforts, digital marketing strategies, communication and content strategies, website development, email marketing, marketing automation, and/or digital analytics.
Ability to take complex digital concepts and translate into language appropriate for executive leadership, management, and project team members.
Comfortabilitycommunicating with audiences internally and externally.
Creative problem-solvingskills.
Organization, analytical and project management skills.
Knowledge of the approaches, processes, and tools for creating and promoting digital marketing initiatives including social.
High sense of urgency to accomplish projects on time and on/under budget.
