ITW Medical is comprised of three strong medical product brands - Coeur, Filtertek & Precise - situated to proactively meet the needs of customers in the marketplace. Coeur is a leading provider of disposable medical products used in diagnostic imaging and other medical procedures. The Filtertek product line is comprised of custom plastic insert molded filtration and flow control components for global OEM medical device customers. Precise Biomedical is a service company providing maintenance and repair of power injectors used for imaging procedures.

This position is a paid internship for the summer 2022. The key objectives include supporting Human Resources projects around our completion of new handbook, simplification of performance management process and assistance of critical 80-recruiting/engagement projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

. Assessment and facilitation of training matrix, deliver supervisory training program, develop technical assessment for division, and identify necessary training resources to meet division needs.

. Work with the Human Resources team to develop the updated Employee Handbook for all states within ITW Medical. Upon completion, and appropriate addendums are developed, partner with HRMs on effectively communicating across the US locations.

. Review and simplify our HR processes within the Washington location, identifying areas of simplification.

. Assist with recruitment of hourly/salaried positions.

. Assist with coordination of division wide engagement activities.

Qualifications:

. 4th year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development or Business Administration Degree, or 1st/2nd year Graduate Student in similar field.

. Previous experience with a Human Resources or Training & Development internship preferred.

. Strong verbal and written communication skills

. Self-motivated with a high attention to detail

. Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision required.
