What you'll do here:

We are currently seeking an Operational Support Specialist to join our team! In this position you will be responsible for supporting our Post-Completions, Finance, and Registrations teams in their daily activities, as well as our Student Operations Specialists as back up and on projects with management in collaboration processes between internal teams. As an Operational Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the operational tasks of answering student inquiries surrounding the various roles you will be supporting, process academic completions and distribute exam vouchers, certify finance plans, and process enrollments. You may also help with data collection as well as various projects regarding operational duties. As an Operations Support Specialists you will be expected to have a mastery of reporting and collecting data, as well have a high capacity for extraneous data entry. This role is flexible to change, and each day may look different depending on the needs of the department.

  • Process Voucher Requests and Fulfillments

  • Support the process of completions for completed advanced career training courses

  • Support basic functions of Registrar and Finance teams.

  • Support various departments in responding to student inquiries

  • Track and monitor student data per direction of management.

  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Student Operations Manager.

Skills You Will Need Here:

  • Associates Degree and/or 2+ years of customer service

  • Experience working with customers by phone and email

  • Open minded and adaptable to different responsibilities, which may change daily.

  • Ability to communicate ideas and expectations clearly and concisely.

  • Work comfortably with people with a diverse set of backgrounds.

  • Strong communication skills including effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Results oriented and competitive drive required.

  • Proven understanding of technical and procedural aspects and functions.

  • Exhibit persistence and positive attitudes in establishing and encouraging a learning environment.

  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to always maintain confidentiality.

  • Excel experience for tracking and maintaining data.
