Overview
We seek a dedicated credit risk professional to enhance our credit risk decision-making process through insightful analysis and advanced reporting. The ideal candidate will develop and manage dashboards for comprehensive credit risk reporting, prepare and automate risk management reports for various lending businesses, and conduct business impact analysis to support the achievement of strategic risk management goals. Responsibilities include preparing professional presentations for senior management, delivering strategic insights into lending product performance, and leading business optimization of existing reports and dashboards. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate complex insights effectively.

Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, dashboards, data models and analytical results
Retrieve, analyze and validate data and test accuracy of reported results
Lead projects to understand requirements and propose key analytical solutions to drive effective decision-making and influence business objectives
Produce actionable reports that demonstrate key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement for current operations, and show root cause analysis of problems
Analyze and summarize business operations, customer and/or economic data in order to improve business intelligence, optimize operating effectiveness and predict business outcomes
Identify trends and patterns in business data; create data visualizations to support business decision making
Build new and/or modify existing internal databases
Collaborate with multiple business units and senior management to accomplish business unit objectives
Effectively communicate data outcomes to business stakeholders and leadership
Mentor and guide less experienced analysts
Maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards and data extracts
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
Complete knowledge and understanding of business area/specialization
Significant experience that demonstrates the ability to research, compile, and document data, business processes, and workflow
Advanced knowledge of standard ETL tools and techniques
Advanced knowledge of the process in sourcing raw data and cleansing techniques
Advanced knowledge of data warehousing, data cleaning, and other analytical techniques required for data usage
Advanced skill in complex data manipulation across multiple tables
Effective in using statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis
Skill communicating data analysis and visualizations to nontechnical and senior audiences
Intermediate skill in utilizing work products to tell a story through appropriate balance of visualizations, design aesthetics, and words
Advanced SQL, R, Python, SAS, or related analytical tool skills
Advanced Tableau, Power BI, or related data visualization tool skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computers Science, Engineering, or in a related field
