Our products generate and process large amounts of data from sensors, on-board models, and control algorithms in real-time creating real-world machine usage information. Verification/Validation Engineers are fully engaged in digital, both through a technical awareness of the digital components & systems which they test, and through expertly utilizing digital tools and methodologies when they plan and execute tests.

The key role of an Electronic Systems Verification/Validation Engineering Specialist is that of principal contributor of Product Quality deliverables associated with complex technical engineering problems. The incumbent may also be accountable for the improvement of processes. In addition to demonstrating technical expertise, a person in this position may be called on to act as a team and/or project leader, but major focus is on technical delivery. Directing work with other units, suppliers, customers, and teams require the incumbent to demonstrate skill in negotiation, building consensus, and achieving compromise.
