Assists in various aspects of the health care delivery process, including contracting management, reimbursement modeling and relationship management for physicians, providers, facilities, and vendors (primarily in Western PA). Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Ensures that the health care management's strategic initiative are communicated to the accounts and they meet the account's needs in terms of access, cost, quality, network performance, and service.
Ensures that specific divisional targets for cost of care and provider satisfaction within the scope of the assigned program are achieved.
Oversees provider credentialing, re-credentialing, and conducts zoom/field visits
Oversees PROMISe enrollment and Supplemental Services enrollment process
Works with providers to ensure provide compliance to HealthChoices standards and requirements
Reviews material and announcements to be sent out for accuracy and completeness
Conducts training for internal and external customers
Coordinates plans and activities with Manager and Counties
Coordinates Requests for Proposals (RFP) with clients

Experience using Zoom (or other online conference tools) for the purposes of conducting meetings and presentations strongly preferred, as is experience using Outlook, Excel, Word and other MS Office tools.
