Auto req ID: 281903BRAs leader of the site Quality and Food safety organization, this position guides compliance to the PepsiCo global quality and food safety programs. The selected candidate must have the ability to identify key quality and food safety trends and drive performance. Individual must possess strong leadership and people skills along with team building capabilities to set and drive the sites Quality and Food Safety agenda to ensure year over year improvement.Candidates must demonstrate effective leadership and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including Frito-Lay and Quaker HQ Supply Chain and Plant Operations Staff.Business Accountabilities* Lead site strategy and facilitate execution and compliance with critical global quality and food safety programs* Lead site to exceed Key Performance Objectives including, consumer complaints, audit scores (AIB, F22K, QAS, etc.)* Lead Quality and Food Safety Team to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, such as FDA and state agencies* Lead quality and food safety risk assessment analysis throughout the plant.
