Overview

Audacy is seeking an operations manager, to join its Digital Sales Operations team, that is detail-oriented, highly-organized, energetic and passionate for digital advertising and the results it delivers for advertisers. This Digital Sales Operations Team is committed to best-in-class customer service for its customers. The main responsibility of this role is to inspect, audit and evaluate end-to-end digital campaign execution for the purpose of ensuring maximum success. This is a new position at Audacy and therefore, this role will inform and develop the longer-term strategy for quality assurance as a key aspect of digital execution at Audacy.

This opportunity is available in any of our markets.

The anticipated starting salary range for Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $50,000 to $55,000 per year. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as location and internal and external equity.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Implementing methods to inspect, audit and evaluate end-to-end digital campaign execution.

  • Make recommendations for ways to improve process, minimize margin of error, maximize results.

  • Ensuring that digital products and capabilities adhere to quality standards

  • Preparing reports such as error rates, makegood rates, churn rates, performance rates, by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data

Qualifications

Required & Preferred:

  • Solid computer/technical skills

  • BA/BS degree (or equivalent training and experience)

  • Detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, has the ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks, thrives in a fast-paced, and deadline-oriented environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Must work well in a team environment and be self-motivated

  • Experience with Ad Serving platforms such as Google DFP, Triton, Megaphone, a plus
