Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team due to recent transitions within our department. This role supports the Service Access Manager and the Nurse Manager. The position involves ensuring patient orders are accurately processed and shipped, transferring daily visit reports into our Care10 system, and occasionally handling patient inquiries. This is a 3-month contract role with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.
Hard Skills
2+ years' experience within an administrative support role in an office environment
EPIC experience highly preferred

This is a fully on-site position in Durham, North Carolina.
Work Environment
Candidates will work in an office environment within the infusion center. The role is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, with a requirement to work one Saturday per month, compensated by a day off during the week..
