Your Role: Xylem seeks to hire a Technical Training Specialist that will be responsible for the creation and delivery of new and existing training materials for various channels, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and deliver training materials to sales channels and end customers during multi-day training events.
Work cross- functionally to gather requirements for new training content.
Manage content for internal and external facing education and training sites.
Track and compile training feedback.
Monitor the effectiveness of current training programs and help create strategies for improved training experiences.
Coordinate the scheduling of training events.
Create and update education and training team process documentation.
Up to 50% travel required to deliver training in multiple locations (primarily in our training facility in the Chicago, Illinois metro area).
Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:
Bachelor's degree in education, engineering, training, or related field or equivalent work experience required.
1-2 years of direct experience creating and delivering training to multiple audiences, including external customers and channel partners.
Proficiency in MS Office suite required.
Experience with LMS content management systems and L&D content creation tools such as Articulate.
Organizational and time management skills to include the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Ability to develop strong working relationships with channel partners, sales personnel and other internal stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with water systems, including pumps, hydronic and steam system design, operation, and troubleshooting is strongly preferred.
Articulate 360 proficiency preferred by not required.

The Role : Xylem seeks an experienced Jira Admin with strong collaboration skills to support our development and global support teams. In this role you will have the opportunity to help connect external users from around the world to our dedicated support teams through Jira integrations. Solution architecture specific to Atlassian applications according to industry standards, user requirements, and current practices.
Attend and keep current on Atlassian software and practices by continuous learning, conferences, and training.
Serve as a vendor liaison to combine Atlassian products and licensing with partners for optimum company pricing , work with internal teams on negotiation and procurement.
Collaborate with global internal teams to identify opportunities to optimize usage, save costs, and improve usability and associated integrations.
Architect and develop solutions to satisfy identified team needs and optimizations.
Develop reports and dashboards that communicate to management and stakeholders the overall statistics and strategy; provide analysis for business decision support.
Establish and maintain global company standards for implementation across varying teams and uses.
Develop in-application scripts and automations.
Develop API integrations both with other Atlassian software and external applications.

3+ years' experience as a JIRA Administrator with experience managing complex JIRA projects, workflows, dashboards and automations.
5+ years' experience in system administration, IT support, application support or comparable environment
Specific experience in the following areas:
Building Jira integrations in Confluence and Slack
Creating repeatable processes and templates to improve quality and efficiency.
Collaborating with other support staff, application owners, and users to build solutions and prioritize efforts.
Working with 3rd party contractors and personnel from around the world
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills

Your Role: Xylem seeks to hire a Mechanical Designer who will work within a multi-disciplinary regional team consisting of a Territory Manager, Applications Engineer, Project Engineer, and Project Manager. This position will be located at the Global Water Center in Milwaukee, WI. This position is responsible for creating mechanical design equipment and fabrication drawings for aeration and biological projects in accordance with company established specifications and industry standards.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is to expedite construction and fabrication drawings along with bills of material and other documentation for the installation of aeration and biological equipment in new or existing facilities.
Creates submittal and fabrication drawings utilizing AutoCAD and PTC Creo.
Works on projects under the supervision of the mechanical design supervisor, engineers and Senior/Lead Designers.
Check component and assembly drawings of other department personnel as needed.
Conduct routine investigations relative to designs based on internal and customer requirements.
Revision control on all CAD files
Make recommendations to improve product cost, quality and manufacturing efficiency
Work with engineering and production personnel to troubleshoot and resolve any design issues
Create and maintain all drawing files and keep them updated according to Company procedures
Support the project execution team in review of plans and specifications, entry into standard product calculations and documentation

The Role: The position of Diesel Shop Technician is responsible for service, repair and maintenance of Xylem equipment in a safe and efficient manner at a Xylem Service Center.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
Experience with diesel engine repairs
Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance and servicing as directed on Xylem equipment between each rental. Diagnose and report any damage to the Service Manager.

The Role: The Direct Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing the financial performance of their territory by expanding the rental and sales of Xylem products and services. Utilizing strong technical and product knowledge will solve customer fluid handling programs and increase company business through the development of pumping systems, products, aftermarket sales and services in the markets we serve.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
Maximize financial performance of the region by expanding the rentals and sales of Xylem products and services.
Grow and maintain an effective sales pipeline utilizing SalesForce.com.

This position will assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of environmental, safety and health KBIs, policies and procedures and best practices, particularly related to product manufacturing, transportation and services for rental and sales of industrial pumps and related equipment at branch offices located across the United States.

You have 3+ years experience creating intuitive solutions. Experience working with and visualizing big data is a plus.

High proficiency in Figma desired.

The Role: Xylem seeks to hire a Sr. Regional Environment, Health, Safety & Security Manager. This position will assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of environmental, safety and health KBIs, policies and procedures and best practices, particularly related to product manufacturing, transportation and services for rental and sales of industrial pumps and related equipment at branch offices located across the United States.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
Drive and expect zero injuries as an acceptable safety culture as a KPI.
Drive and expect zero environmental NOVs as a KPI
Drive Near miss and Concern Reporting submittals.
Manage direct reports with their personal and technical development, while driving accountability.
Assist EHS&S Director with exceeding sustainability goals as a KPI.
Serves as an EHS&S subject matter expert and business partner for the Region in which they support.
Conduct routine site visits to provide in person support and assistance as appropriate based upon need and business conditions. Up to 50% per month travel within region. Some travel will require 2-3 days overnight stay from home base.
Ensure start-up sites and or sites with new management are provided the guidance and tools to be successful Xylem Inc. EHS&S programs.
Ensure a safe working atmosphere within the region and compliance with all the corporate as well as regulatory requirements.
Assist regional branches with coordination, development and delivery of EHS&S training and education programs for new hires and existing employees either by use of CBT or in person training to meet regulatory and Xylem requirements.
Assist regional branches in identification of facility/job site hazards and risks to prevent injuries, spills or other EHS&S impacts and to ensure compliance with company and customer-specific safety standards and government regulations.
Collaborate with managers, supervisors and staff to institute loss prevention, loss control and corrective actions for unsafe and/or potentially unsafe acts, conditions or equipment.
Partner with Operations team(s) to develop and distribute communications addressing accidents, near misses, lessons learned and other EHS&S-related topics.
Assist and Support the Xylem Dewatering EHS team in the development and implementation of the appropriate EHS Management System procedures in order to align with Xylem expectations and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate the distribution and communication of applicable EHSMS elements at Regional Branches to support comprehension, implementation and accountability.
Assist and support the investigation of accidents to identify root causes and appropriate corrective actions to aid in preventing recurrence of similar incidents in the future.
Participate in the Xylem Corporate EHS&S Audit Program to support ongoing compliance and management system audits at various operations and locations throughout Xylem. Serve as an audit team member and/or audit team leader.
Develop, analyze and present safety data and programs under the direction of the Director of EHS&S.
Prepare detailed summaries that include results of risk assessments, test results, observations, identified safety concerns, and recommendations or solutions to resolve those concerns.
Recommend ways to assist the company in creating safer and cleaner processes. Performance of varied duties as assigned.
Ensure Insurance carrier's audit findings are closed within a reasonable time frame.
Oversee and drive BCP, ERP, IH Monitoring, Security, MOC and XPS action plans within regions
Monitor and drive 100% Training completion.
Manage contractor safety program.
Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
10+ years' experience working as a safety professional in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
5+ years supervising direct reports
Construction experience preferred
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technologists (OHST) preferred
Federal OSHA and state-equivalent programs for occupational safety and health for general industry.
Federal MSHA and state-equivalent programs for occupational safety and health for surface and subsurface mines.
Federal EPA and state-equivalent programs for environmental protection.
Behavioral based safety concepts involving industrial and manufacturing processes.
Extremely competent with the use of computers and Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Gensuite software.
