Overall Assignment Description:
Independently performs a wide range of functions and tasks which require vision, leadership, and proficiency in developing, explaining, and implementing policy. Overseeing, planning, organizing, and conducting administrative and staff functions. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, scheduling and coordinating meetings, calendars, and events; prepares and distributes Briefing and Read Ahead materials; researching and analyzing information to prepare reports, presentations, and papers; maintain office supplies, maintain files and folders, initialing equipment trouble tickets or replacement, and prepares routine correspondence in accordance with NGA standards. Use the appropriate databases such as PRISM, Defense Travel System (DTS), and other sources to inquire, process, and track actions and status.
What You'll Be Doing:
Perform as primary action officer for tasks assigned, which includes coordinating the task, ensuring that all requirements are met and fully addressed, ensuring that leadership has reviewed and approved the task response, and ensuring that task response is prepared for release prior to the suspense date and time;
Assist the Business Executive, Staff Officers, and Leads in all duties related to AOT and its subordinate offices;
Provide coordination support for Continuity of Operations (COOP), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Space planning, and position management to ensure goals are attained.
Prepare special or one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquires relating to the mission; selecting relevant information from a variety of sources such as reports, documents, correspondence, and other offices, etc., under general directions;
Assist the Business Executive, Staff Officers, and Leads with staff management and administration of daily activities;
Prepare Action Items and Notes commitments made by executives during meetings and arranges for Data Squads' implementation;
Anticipate and prepare materials needed for conference, correspondence, appointments, meeting, telephone calls, etc., and informs lead officer on matters to be considered;
Review outgoing correspondence for executive's approval and alert authors to any conflict with the file or departure from policies or executive's viewpoints; gives advice to resolve the problems;
Summarize the content of incoming materials, specially gathered information, or meetings to assist executives; coordinate the new information with background office sources; draws attention to important issues, and initiates actions as directed;
Review publications, agency regulations and directives, and takes action or refers those that are important to the Business Executive and his/her staff;
Advice administrative personnel in subordinate offices on new procedures; requests information needed from the subordinate office(s) for periodic or special conferences, reports, inquiries, etc.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
Convert customer requirements, including informal requirements, into total systems solutions that fit within the technical, schedule, and cost constraints of the program
Operate in an agile development environment using DevSecOps and CI/CD practices
Conduct and participate in design reviews, sprint demonstrations, and after-action reviews
Develop scalable web-based data visualization and analytic platforms using Node.js, JavaScript, scalable databases (Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL), Docker, Python
Write, review, and execute comprehensive test procedures

Minimum 5 years software engineering experience

Experience developing in a Linux environment (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)

Job Description:
T5 Program Summary: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) awarded the Technical Support Services Contract 5 (T5) to Parsons in April 2023. Parsons is the prime contractor. This $1.8+ billion contract has a 4-year base period with two 3-year options. The statement of work includes a variety of activities that support the FAA's Capital Investment Plan (CIP) and certain reimbursable programs, the FAA NextGen Program, national security programs and aviation safety. Specifically, work includes site selection and engineering, construction, environmental and fire/life safety, equipment installation and testing, drafting, contract surveillance, and other technical services as required. Work is performed across the nation in each of the FAA's nine regions as well as the Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and the Technical Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey and in several U.S. territories. An average staff of 500 with a peak staff over 650 supports this contract, in addition to those subcontractors who perform construction work.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position performs a variety of document control functions for a project or department in direct support of the project or program manager.
Coordinates the flow of documents between project operations, engineering disciplines, construction team, or other department groups. Incumbent may be responsible for a small-sized project or multiple aspects of a larger project or program.
Will have knowledge of both the work processes of document control and also the use of electronic systems used to manage documentation.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under general supervision, performs various clerical and technical tasks in support of a project. Assignments require PC and organizational skills.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains established files for project document retention.
Works with field staff to obtain and review daily and weekly reports for accuracy and content, and then confirms the reports are sent to the correct points of contact.
Assists in updating manuals, engineering documentation and submittals for assigned project.
Reviews project documents such as drawings, specifications, technical manuals, and assembles Request For Offer (RFO) packages for solicitation. Supports the Project Manager and the Subcontracts Administrator in the subcontracting process.
Supports the project manager in the preparation and assembly of Risk Management Plan (RMP) documents.
Coordinates project requirements with various stakeholders.
Coordinates with project stakeholders and updates project schedule documents in support of the project manager.
Manages the flow of documentation during construction and installation projects, including submittals, Requests For Information (RFI), and Change Order Requests (CORs).
Communicates with project stakeholders regarding action items and due dates.
Assists in project closeout activities, as needed. Populates and maintains online electronic storage repository for assigned projects and confirms field staff's ability to access said information.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Contributes as a team player who is deadline driven and works well with others.
Travels to project sites and offices in the continental United States and its territories and possessions for site surveys and other technical meetings.
Required Education/Experience:

May assist in training lower-level Designer/Drafters in various procedures. Checks drawings prepared by lower-level Designer/Drafters for accuracy and adequacy.
