What You'll Be Doing:

• Use a variety of technologies to build easy to use automation tools.

Overall Assignment Description:

Independently performs a wide range of functions and tasks which require vision, leadership, and proficiency in developing, explaining, and implementing policy. Overseeing, planning, organizing, and conducting administrative and staff functions. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, scheduling and coordinating meetings, calendars, and events; prepares and distributes Briefing and Read Ahead materials; researching and analyzing information to prepare reports, presentations, and papers; maintain office supplies, maintain files and folders, initialing equipment trouble tickets or replacement, and prepares routine correspondence in accordance with NGA standards. Use the appropriate databases such as PRISM, Defense Travel System (DTS), and other sources to inquire, process, and track actions and status.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform as primary action officer for tasks assigned, which includes coordinating the task, ensuring that all requirements are met and fully addressed, ensuring that leadership has reviewed and approved the task response, and ensuring that task response is prepared for release prior to the suspense date and time;

• Assist the Business Executive, Staff Officers, and Leads in all duties related to AOT and its subordinate offices;

• Provide coordination support for Continuity of Operations (COOP), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Space planning, and position management to ensure goals are attained.

• Prepare special or one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquires relating to the mission; selecting relevant information from a variety of sources such as reports, documents, correspondence, and other offices, etc., under general directions;

• Assist the Business Executive, Staff Officers, and Leads with staff management and administration of daily activities;

• Prepare Action Items and Notes commitments made by executives during meetings and arranges for Data Squads' implementation;

• Anticipate and prepare materials needed for conference, correspondence, appointments, meeting, telephone calls, etc., and informs lead officer on matters to be considered;

• Review outgoing correspondence for executive's approval and alert authors to any conflict with the file or departure from policies or executive's viewpoints; gives advice to resolve the problems;

• Summarize the content of incoming materials, specially gathered information, or meetings to assist executives; coordinate the new information with background office sources; draws attention to important issues, and initiates actions as directed;

• Review publications, agency regulations and directives, and takes action or refers those that are important to the Business Executive and his/her staff;

• Advice administrative personnel in subordinate offices on new procedures; requests information needed from the subordinate office(s) for periodic or special conferences, reports, inquiries, etc.

• Strong Internal/External Coordination, Non-technical writing skills, organization skills, and customer service skills.

• Able to extract and synthesize complex information to prepare briefings, read ahead materials and other documentation.

• Briefing skills, project management, strategic planning, organizational skills, and resource management.

• Performs as an Information Officer (IO) responsible for facilitating Records Management for the assigned organization. IO duties include ensuring the following actions are completed: Office Inventory of all admin and mission records; Office File Plan is in place; filing systems for hardcopy and softcopy records have been established; office personnel are trained on records management processes; and Records are being filed appropriately.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher in business or management related field or at least 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.

• Possess at least 7 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated experience of Microsoft Office Applications and demonstrate the ability to independently develop material using these applications.

Parsons is seeking a skilled Electrical/Hardware Engineer II to perform foreign materiel exploitation (FME) of threat air defense and missile systems, including detailed system and subsystem analysis and reverse engineering, hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) testing, and test design and execution.

Job Description :

The individual will directly support task leads in the execution of complex FME projects, engineering analysis and testing, and providing technical and/or operational support to projects and programs.

Specific duties include...

• Hardware analysis, subsystem-level test and evaluation of electronic systems, test design and data analysis, and technical documentation.

• Limited (<5%) CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.

Required Clearance:

Required Education & Experience:

• It requires a fundamental understanding of electrical engineering concepts, particularly embedded systems, circuit analysis, and guidance/navigation/control systems.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook).

• Proficiency with lab tools, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, data acquisition systems, and digital multimeters.

• Ability to reverse-engineer electronic systems, guidance/navigation/control, and conduct technical comparisons to previously analyzed hardware.

• Ability to read and generate engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and functional block diagrams of components, subsystems, and complete systems.

• Ability to organize and prepare comprehensive technical reports.

• Ability to effectively prepare and deliver technical briefings.

• Strong interpersonal skills to support interaction with a diverse technical team of Government and contractor personnel.

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of air defense, missile, and radar systems.

• Knowledge of FPGA, DSP, or CPU design and implementation.

• Experience with/proficiency in the following software: MATLAB, Altium Designer, Vivado design suite, LabVIEW.

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Risk Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to support the GMD Ground Systems Project Office (GMN) throughout the development life cycle by identifying, analyzing, developing, reporting, and retiring risks (Technical, Test and Programmatic) which potentially affect the development and verification of the Ground Weapon Systems suite.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate with a team of GMD Element, Component, and Operations & Sustainment Risk Managers

• Work with MDA/GMN Chief Engineer, Chief Product Engineers, and other Risk owners to develop, maintain, update, and retire risks and watch items

• Develop and delivering Risks and Watch Items (WIs) to the GM Engineering Review Board (ERB), the MDA Risk Working Group (MRWG), and other MDA decision authorities for review and concurrence

• Update Risk Packages based on GMD ERB actions, mitigation completion, changes to understanding and knowledge associated with Risk and WI content, and input from other sources

• Maintain configuration control of Risk and WI chart packages

• Review risk content for key Element and Component level Flight Test, Program Milestone, and Technical Reviews

• Provide charts to the Customer for Government portions of Milestone and Mission-related Reviews as well as for Technical Interchange Meetings and Working Groups

• Generate/coordinate briefing packages intended for customer leadership

• Represent the interests of the customer in Working Groups, Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) and related forums; provide meeting summaries to the Government Customer

• Assist in defining and developing the Risk Management processes and procedures for the GM Element

• Coordinate with prime contractor Risk Management Team

Responsibilities:

• Provides analytical and IT technical support remotely to end users of Parsons personal computers, workstations and related software and hardware.

• Answers end user IT questions and troubleshoots standard IT issues, questions, problems and failures with Parsons hardware, software, peripherals or workstations, remotely via telephone, email or Instant Messenger.

• Recognizes, categorizes and isolates end user questions, issues and problems; either resolves the situation or refers it to more senior Service Desk staff or to other Parsons IT groups.

• Researches and develops solutions for standard software and hardware questions, issues, problems and failures.

• Maintains a good general knowledge of the MIS environment and the technologies associated with individual computers, workstations, software and associated hardware as well as the Parsons standard workstation configurations.

• Documents and reports all service requests and their outcome, following standard Parsons procedures and practices.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related work experience providing support to end users (or an equivalent combination of work experience and education)

• At least one Microsoft or Cisco Certification is preferred

• A basic knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications as well as knowledge of personal computer technology and hardware.

• Familiarity of the MIS environment.

• Ability for identifying, analyzing and resolving common technical issues, questions and problems with the personal computers, workstations, software and associated hardware.

Join our Growing IT Support Team to Lead and Mentor as our Corporate Sr. Audio Visual Technician

What You Will Be Doing With US:

• Oversee the overall strategy, design, installation, build, integration and implementation of AV and Video Conferencing Infrastructure throughout the Enterprise

• Recommend modifications, efficiencies, upgrades and enhancements to Audio-Visual Systems to optimize system use, maintain the current level of functionality and provide simpler user experience

• Identify scope, budget, specifications, and resources necessary to implement identified infrastructure design solutions for the Enterprise

• Mentor, direct, and coordinate the activities of less experienced infrastructure team members, providing technical advice and feedback

Responsibilities:

T5 Program Summary: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) awarded the Technical Support Services Contract 5 (T5) to Parsons in April 2023. Parsons is the prime contractor. This $1.8+ billion contract has a 4-year base period with two 3-year options. The statement of work includes a variety of activities that support the FAA's Capital Investment Plan (CIP) and certain reimbursable programs, the FAA NextGen Program, national security programs and aviation safety. Specifically, work includes site selection and engineering, construction, environmental and fire/life safety, equipment installation and testing, drafting, contract surveillance, and other technical services as required. Work is performed across the nation in each of the FAA's nine regions as well as the Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and the Technical Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey and in several U.S. territories. POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position performs a variety of document control functions for a project or department in direct support of the project or program manager.

Coordinates the flow of documents between project operations, engineering disciplines, construction team, or other department groups. Incumbent may be responsible for a small-sized project or multiple aspects of a larger project or program.

Will have knowledge of both the work processes of document control and also the use of electronic systems used to manage documentation.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Under general supervision, performs various clerical and technical tasks in support of a project. Assignments require PC and organizational skills.

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Revit BIM Modeler to join our team! In this role you will get to work on large Structural projects across the US.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Utilizes a CAD workstation to prepare structural engineering drawings consisting of standard arrangements, layouts, flow sheets, assemblies, isometrics, etc., from rough sketches and/or from general engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures.

• Works closely with other Designer/Drafters and Engineers to ensure a coordinated design.

• Ensures compliance with required design safety factors, tolerances, and specifications.

• Compiles data and performs dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings. Reads and understands orthographic (2D) and/or isometric (3D) designs and supplier/manufacturer drawings.

• Makes required changes, additions, and/or revisions, as directed by immediate supervisor.

• May assist in training lower-level Designer/Drafters in various procedures. Checks drawings prepared by lower-level Designer/Drafters for accuracy and adequacy.

• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• 2-year technical degree or certificate of completion from an accredited designer/drafter course (or equivalent)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Revit projects under the supervision of a Structural Project Engineer

• OR 10+ years working as a CADD Operator for a Multi-Disciplinary office in the US

• Must be able to read and understand other discipline drawings and coordinate structural model with the rest of the trades

• Must be able to work independently and be able to handle work related stress when needed

Parsons is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for overall project delivery, procurement, and field management of an OCONUS large-scale project with complex logistical challenges. In this role you will also help in pursuit and acquisition of new projects in the Pacific region.

This position requires relocation to Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands where housing is provided and likely includes future relocations to other Pacific island locations

What You'll Be Doing:

• Executing the delivery of firm-fixed price, federal construction at remote OCONUS Indo-Pac locations

• Supporting the pursuit and start-up of new projects

• Assembling and managing the development of a strong team

• Managing project meetings, along with client and trade partner relationships

• Driving performance to meet and exceed schedule and financial goals

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field

• 10+ years of experience with managing vertical construction for an at-risk general contractor is required

• Extensive knowledge of construction-related processes, as well as a thorough knowledge of industry best practice

• Experience with delivering runways, waterfront facilities, and/or industrial complexes at remote locations

• Demonstrated managerial capability with strong written and oral communication skills

• A valid passport

• Ideal candidate is based out of a USA OCONUS location in the Pacific
