Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Intermediate Program Analyst to join our team! In this role you will have the ability to think independently, while working as part of a team and become the subject matter expert for staffing MDA actions.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage MDA/CA Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS2) activities within MDA/CA, verify assignments, assign actions, ensure required comments are appropriately coordinated, collect and adjudicate inputs from MDA/CA subject matter experts, internal MDA/CA stakeholders and MDA stakeholders.
Develop ETMS2 staff packages, review documents for format, accuracy, content, clarity, grammar, and appropriate classification markings to correct errors prior to submission to MDA/CA leadership for approval.
Participate in the Chief Architect's ETMS2 meetings (usually twice per week) to provide MDA/CA status, issues, concerns, and request help required to successfully meet the ETMS2 deadlines levied by MDA/CA, MDA and external organizations.
Represent MDA/CA at all meetings involving ETMS2, Secretary General Staff, or staffing processes within MDA.
Support the MDA Chief Architect (CA) as Strategic Planner Liaison Administrator.
Duties will involve assigned and initiated tasks supporting numerous Integrated Product Teams in CA. Coordinate and interface with other organizations to collaborate on work process flow.
Track and monitor the progress of products using Microsoft software products and ETMS2 database.
Understand the life cycle of MDA/CA products to ensure accuracy.
Provide status briefs to MDA/CA and other management teams. Develop Standard Operating Procedures to support product packages.
Gather performance data and develop reports providing to leadership.
Participate or lead in Action Item Reviews concerning weekly meetings to discuss latest processes and procedure changes.
Support Deputy/XO meetings when necessary to provide status.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree
7+ years of relevant work experience
Active Secret clearance
Experience with Missile Defense Agency OR ETMS2
Proficient with MS Office software
Good communication, organizational and coordination skills

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented CNC Machinist to join our team! In this role you will get to make an impact on an important Navy mission.
What You'll Be Doing:
Create program instructions for machine cutting utilizing MasterCam
Generate CNC programs, with and without programming software, using the correct speeds, feeds, and depths of cuts appropriate for the material being machined.
Develop and Maintain MasterCam Parts and Tooling library.
Set-up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts to drawing specifications.
Monitor the speeds and feeds of CNC machines during the machining process.
Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics, machine shop theories, and instruments, including but not limited to, micrometers and vernier calipers.
Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto the machines.
Select appropriate tools, machines, and materials to be used in the machining processes.
Work with team to create efficiencies, improve automation, and increase machining flexibility
Use knowledge of tooling, machinery, and attention to detail to follow specific standards and reach tight tolerances
Maintain the CNC machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and documented machining procedures.
Measure and examine completed units to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Document unique business customer requirements
Perform Data Mapping, Design, and document data migration processes for existing content.
Develop system design and business process to match the needs of the customer.
Perform object migration of customizations to QA (Quality Assurance) and Production platforms.
Develop and modify IWMS software applications to meet customer requirement s.
Modify existing software to meet customer requirements and resolve software issues to improve application performance. Develop, program, and test the software application to meet the projects' performance and interface requirements. Expand or modify system to improve workflow.
Develop system configuration and customization specifications including user interfaces, business object definition and corresponding data structures and functional workflows
Develop testing scripts and testing plans.
Data Integrity
Develop reports and analyze customer data sets to look for areas of improvement consistent with the customers business needs.
Recommend data improvement strategies.
Perform imports of large data sets into the system.
Develop data cleanup workflows to fix data as needed.
Support customer end user
Provide users with assistance solving software related issues related to bugs or design.

Directs full-spectrum program management activities across cost, schedule, requirements, contracting, finance, and strategic planning process areas.
Maintains high Award Fee Determination ratings and CPARs - current team average 96%
Develops and maintains collaborative relationships across the full range of stakeholders to include FEDSIM/AAS, government technical monitors, resource partners, Program Management Office (PMO), and subcontractors.
Manages a large team of project managers - responsible for both day-to-day operational direction and long-term professional development. Leads and advises an additional 20+ support staff in diverse areas including but not limited to: contracts and procurement, security, finance, documentation, talent acquisition, human resources, compliance, and quality.
Leads efforts for recruitment, retention, and lessons learned. Leads strategic planning and execution for technical performance, human resources, professional development, and conflict resolution.
Advises both government and corporate senior leadership on strategic contract planning to include forecasting, estimating risk and probability of success, quality, and assessing earned value. Briefs executive leadership and GO/SES level government stakeholders as required.
Oversees subcontract actions for a current pool of 50+ teaming partners and vendors.
Manages a full time equivalent (FTE) portfolio with over 500 Prime and Subcontract personnel
Provides senior level guidance on crafting statements of work, technical evaluations, market research techniques, and sole-source justifications when applicable to ensure seamless and rapid onboarding of subcontract companies
Develops, distributes, and briefs monthly status reports, monthly technical status meetings, self- assessment reviews, project management reviews and project kickoffs as required
Contributes to Parsons' FEDSIM/AAS government bid and proposal team efforts as required, providing subject matter expertise regarding program management, technical intelligence, past performance, and pricing models
Plans and defines overarching program goals and devises methods to accomplish them
Identifies program inefficiencies and works with DPM to develop process for improvement
Briefs Parsons Executive leadership and SES/GO level stakeholders as required
Tracks strategic level CLIN assessments, estimate to completion metrics, finances/invoices, personnel management including recruitment and retention, subcontracts, and project deliverables
Works with other managers, technical teams, and discipline leads to develop and track ROMs, budgets, schedules, best value analysis and plans for the various elements of each project; ensuring that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans
Develops in-depth knowledge of objectives, subcontract terms, and relevant policies
Manages contract compliance, task order level deliverables, and project risks
Conducts random audits of project procurement and travel requests including to ensure Task Order compliance, employee training, and process efficiency

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Job Description:
Parsons seeks to hire Security Control Assessors (SCAs) to provide information security Assessment and Authorization (A&A) support to Contractor and Government facilities processing information. The SCAs enhance the Information System (IS) security awareness of Directorates' & Offices' staffs, ensure implementation of appropriately applied proper IS security resources and act as an IS liaison between the Directorates and various Offices.
Basic Qualifications:
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
An active CI POLY OR previously has held one.
Experience developing and implementing security related directives and guidance for IA, IT, and IM.
An active IAM Level II certification (must obtain certification within 6 months of start).
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience or equivalent.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Reviews and evaluates test results and recommends production or design changes to ensure compliance with qualify and performance standards
Develops and implements procedures for product testing.
Designs and develops engineering standards and tests to evaluate the functionality of products and systems.
Performing information systems assessment and authorization (A&A) as defined in applicable ICDs and guidance.
Performing, developing, and implementing security related directives and guidance for IA/IT/IM.
Experience utilizing risk management strategies for information technology solutions.
Coordinate A&A activities of industry and Government information systems and manage and track systems involved in the A&A process.
Manages program and project implementation and makes significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts.
Preferred Qualifications include:
Experience in technical project management.
Technical understanding of emerging technologies and their implementation within Government system and network environments.
Knowledge of information technology concepts used in the evaluation of security performance and integrity of state-of-the-art applications, communications systems, hardware, software, satellite control systems, and information processing systems.
Technical understanding of information technology systems, software, and networks.

We are seeking an Entry level Electrical Engineer to work in our New York/New Jersey transportation market. Our Electrical Engineers, while specializing in moveable bridge rehabilitation and design, support a diverse project portfolio including bridge electrical infrastructure design, low and medium voltage switchgear, infrastructure generator selection and evaluation, roadway lighting design, field inspection, movable bridge/roof design, and electrical infrastructure design for transportation stations.
We work in both traditional design-bid-build and design-build/Public-Private-Partnership delivery methods. This position performs a variety of electrical engineering duties, under the supervision of a Senior Electrical Engineer, including conventional and complex electrical engineering assignments applying electrical engineering design techniques and analyses. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the development of engineering computations, material quantity take-offs, estimates, surveys, and designs. Performs various engineering and design assignments requiring the application of basic principles and fundamental theories studied in a four-year university engineering program, and available data in the engineering field.
This position will be based in Parsons New York City or Newark, NJ Office, with flexible working schedule available. While the position is based in NYC our operations support projects throughout the US and Canada. Modest travel may be required from time to time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare detailed calculations, drawings, technical specifications, procurement documents, design and installation packages, technical reports, cost estimates, detailed analyses, and other materials suitable for procurement and construction purposes.
Typical design tasks include but are not limited to:
Fixed and Moveable bridge power and control system design and inspection.
Low and Medium Voltage electrical distribution systems including protective relaying.
Roadway and tunnel lighting calculations and design.
Lightning Protection and Grounding as well as Surge Protection.
Standby power generation. Uninterruptible power supplies.
Utility-related work and utilities relocation.
Electrical equipment and infrastructure sizing and functional calculations including power systems studies.
Possible travel to supplier, client, or construction site locations to inspect various facets of work and to perform acceptance testing.
Perform stage and final inspection of electrical equipment installations both new and existing. Prepare inspection reports and design studies.
Frequently interface with other Engineering disciplines as well as other departments.
Review supplier drawing submittals, respond to field requests for information.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
BS degree in Electrical Engineering required.
0-3 years of heavy industrial/facilities electrical design related experience preferred. (Individuals working for utility companies, industrial buildings or related facilities are encouraged to apply).
Fundamental of Engineering certificate is preferred with goal to obtain a professional Engineering registration.
Electrical Engineering Design experience with moveable structures preferred.
Electrical Engineering Design experience with transportation facilities preferred.
Familiarity with Codes and Standards relating to Electrical designs preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications preferred.
Familiarity with computer software used in electrical design.

Job Description:
Vaxcom, a Parsons Company, is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to join our team with specialized expertise in armed security programs. This position will be in Northern Virginia. In this role you will get to lead and oversee the successful delivery of physical security services, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, safety, and quality standards. This role demands specific expertise in government site security protocols, both interior and exterior, individual weapons systems including the AR15 (M4) platform, pistols, batons and handcuffs and the ability to identify and mitigate threats in a real-world environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of armed security guard service to Vaxcom clients ensuring the adherence to timelines, budget and contractual obligations.
Support client CONUS/OCONUS mission requests and manage, schedule and mobilize qualified personnel on a case by case basis (as needed).
Develop and implement program strategies, objectives and deliverables in alignment with client needs and government regulations.
Monitor and manage program performance, including resource allocation, risk management and quality control.
Responsible for the management of subcontractors.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring all program requirements and standards are met, and provide regular updates/reports to clients and stakeholders on progress, challenges and successes.
Lead, mentor and manage a team of security professional and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback and implement development plans to enhance team capabilities and morale.
Ensure all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties; to include ensuring their weapons qualifications and security certifications are up to date/current.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business Management, Technology Management, Project Management (or) Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or related field of study preferably with three progressive years of experience.
Minimum of 10 years related experience with at least five years' experience in security management or program management, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within the government contracting/security sector.
Strong understanding of federal regulations, compliance requirements and security operations.
Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in relevant field.
Program Management Professional Certification (PgMP).
Proven track record in managing large-scale security programs, exceptional problem-solving abilities and experience with advanced security technologies.
Experience supporting government programs/contracts within the Intelligence Community (IC).

Security+ |CE certification
Associate's Degree or higher + 0-3 years of experience OR HS/GED + 4 years of experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited too:
Assists in the implementation of required government policy (e.g.,, NISPOM, DCID 6/3), and makes recommendations on process tailoring.
Performs analyses to validate established security requirements and recommends additional security requirements and safeguards where required.
Supports the formal Security Test & Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results, and preparation of required reports.
Periodically conducts a review of each system's audits and monitors corrective actions until all actions are closed.
Exhibits technical and operational proficiency in the primary duties of the job family. Plays a key role in implementing projects and programs in the function.
Acts as a resource to managers and employees in the organization.
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with conducting research and analysis.
Familiarity with network and information system security principles and best practices.
Familiarity with controlling, labeling, virus scanning, and appropriately transferring data (uploading/downloading) between information systems at varying classification levels.
Ability to work with the military, civilians, and other contractors at all levels.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with applicable IC and DoD policies, procedures and operating instructions related to Information Technology, Information Assurance, Information Management (IT/IA/IM).
