Job Title: IV&V Dynamic Environments Engineer 3
SAIC is looking for an experienced and highly motivated engineer to perform dynamics and structural independent verification and validation of launch service contractor (LSC) solutions. At the SAIC San Bernardino engineering center we are multi-discipline team of propulsion, structures, fluid mechanics, software, controls, and avionics engineers. We support the Rocket System Launch Program (RSLP) which is a United States Air Force program that provides quick access to space to other government agencies. We work with various launch vehicle contractors throughout the country and perform independent verification and validation (IV&V) of the launch vehicle designs. In addition to RSLP IV&V, the center also leads the force development evaluation effort of an existing Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) system and also supports the future ICBM program Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD).
Roles and Responsibilities (including some or all of the following):
. Provide test support for dynamic development, qualification, acceptance, and aging surveillance tests, including review of test plans/procedures, witnessing testing, and assessing results/reports
. Perform analytical assessments of dynamic environments including shock, vibration, and acoustics of rocket motors and launch vehicles
. Develop Power Spectral Density and Shock Response Spectra at locations throughout the launch vehicle or rocket motor
. Create structural dynamic models
. Perform Finite Element analyses, including developing models, meshes, running simulations, and interpreting results
. Support design reviews and milestones as necessary
. Report analysis progress, products, and recommendations to technical staff and management, and to the customers and its contractors in technical interchanges, briefings, and reports
. Prepare presentations, reports, and other contract deliverables related to analyses performed
. Present results of analyses to internal, independent review team

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
. Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or applied mathematics or applied physics and 5 years of related experience
. Experience assessing and deriving dynamic environments, preferably in launch or missile applications
. Proficiency with MATLAB (or Python) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
. Must have demonstrated presentation skills and experience interfacing with Air Force customer

SAIC is seeking a Senior Azure Cloud Computing Engineer for the Cloud One program under the Air Force Lifecycle Management Center Office for Network Integration (AFLCMC/HNI). The Cloud One Common Computing Environment is an existing global, interconnected, virtualized, hybrid, and IT infrastructure hosting mission systems, applications, services, and data that will serve the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and U.S. Army (USA). Cloud One incorporates the capabilities of commercial cloud and Managed Service Providers (MSP) residing in Cloud Service Providers (CSPs). Cloud One facilitates the USAF and USA's efforts to migrate applications to a cloud environment, allowing the closure of data centers to support the Data Center Optimization Initiative (DCOI) and allowing for increased efficiencies across the entire spectrum of the USAF and USA's IT operations. This candidate will be part of a team responsible for the management, operations, support, and oversight of the Cloud One Azure environments.

SAIC is seeking an experienced Senior Program Integrator with strong initiative, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities to work with a Customer team focused on innovative ways to partner with non-traditional external entities to conduct collaborative applied research and development.
The speed and agility of the available engagement models provides the ability to engage with experts who would otherwise not be well-positioned to bring their expertise to bear in researching emerging and disruptive technology for Government challenges.
The team conducts multidisciplinary scientific and technological research, development, and testing to address new mission challenges, and adapt or improve the production of existing solutions.
This position provides a unique opportunity to work across emerging technology areas, promote engagement with experts in the field, work across numerous mission elements within the Sponsor's organization, and gain an understanding of non-traditional mechanisms of promoting Government partnership with external entities.
The program is an innovative effort with senior leadership visibility supporting the broader Customer organization.
The selected candidate will provide programmatic support for the structure and governance of this effort and will be part of a dynamic team of unique specialists. The candidate will interact with a wide spectrum of personnel to maintain and successfully advance critical activities for the program. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
. Perform name traces and equity checks on potential performers for the team using various Customer tools.
. Coordinate and deconflict with mission center elements and field locations to ensure continuity of operations.
. Compose and coordinate cable traffic to inform Customer stakeholders and foreign and domestic partners about performers and activities.
. Manage executive prep sheets for leadership.
. Write meeting minutes and log actions required for all staff discussions.
. Submit requests to ensure accesses for all team members.
. Provide proactive feedback to the team and improve process design from working knowledge.
. Provide direct support to management and assist in any other task as required.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
. Current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
. Bachelor's Degree and (14) years or more of related experience. Masters and (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (9) years or more experience.
. Demonstrated experience providing end-to-end program integration support with consistent attention to detail.
. Demonstrated strong initiative, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
. Familiarity with Customer systems, workflows, and mission elements to include supporting program activities, budget, personnel onboarding/accesses, and requesting vetting of external entities.
. Strong knowledge of the Customer's cable system including the new e-version of the system and drafting, coordinating, and tracking cables.
. Familiarity with the Customer's dispersed field presence, work processes, and pertinent record-keeping systems.
. Strong writing skills, focused on clear and direct communication.
. Expertise coordinating with other team members for problem solutions, risk reduction, and user satisfaction.
. Ability to establish and maintain a learning attitude and effective working relationships with management, peers, academics, and other professionals, including external agencies.
. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate mission critical ideas and prioritize taskings by need, level of effort required, and timeline expectations.
. Prior experience with the administrative, counterintelligence, security, and legal governance of Customer outreach.
. Demonstrated expertise deconflicting activities across Customer HQs and field stakeholders.

SAIC is seeking a Ground Systems R&D Engineer to fill a critical position on SAIC's Prime Program, Landmark AOS located in Chantilly, VA. Landmark AOS is a large SETA program that supports the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), which is responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle. Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Polygraph is required for this role.
As the Ground Systems R&D Engineer you will provide SETA support for the acquisition of intelligence community (IC) national intelligence ground R&D systems (hardware and software), cooperatively with government, FFRDC, and other SETA contractors. In this role you will actively support system level architecture analysis and evaluation, and specific system acquisition processes.
Responsibilities to include:
Technical review and assessment of systems, technologies, designs, architectures, interfaces, and operations of ground systems.
Feasibility and applicability of relevant systems and technologies to future communication systems, ground systems, and operations concepts.
Conduct Analysis of alternatives to optimize technical, cost, and schedule performance and improve knowledge and understanding of system, technology, and architecture tradeoffs.
Provide technical and programmatic support through the entire project life cycle including concept development, system definition, acquisition planning, source selection, system design, development, integration, and test.
Software Development support, to include planning, execution, monitoring of software development contracts.
Deliver briefings and reports including technical and programmatic assessments, results, conclusions, and recommendations. Brief USG staff and industry partners, as requested.
Active member of enterprise R&D, learning, and innovation environment creating, gathering, and sharing knowledge to grow organizational competency and capability.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree.

Knowledge/Experience of ground systems and Agile Software development methodologies.
Interest in developing knowledge in AI/ML concepts, and ability to investigate new technologies.

SAIC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to work as part of a satellite launch and Initialization team. In this role the Senior Systems Engineer will serve as part of a team working directly with a satellite development contractor as SETA (Systems Engineering Technical Advisor) to a government customer. The team role is the Intersegment lead between the Satellite provider and the Ground System provider. The candidate will lead intersegment meetings between contractors, maintain intersegment requirement's documentation, lead intersegment command and telemetry compatibility testing and provide support to launch and initialization of multiple spacecraft.
Candidates should have experience working with Satellites or Satellite Ground systems either in development or satellite operations. Launch and Initialization experience is strongly desired.
The position is in Chantilly Virginia. Travel is required to support Program management reviews, intersegment testing and spacecraft initialization.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
TS/SCI clearance is required
BS degree in engineering or equivalent technical field with 9 years or more experience or a master's and 7 years or more experience.
Strong written, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to independently work through all stages of tasking.
