SAIC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to work as part of a satellite launch and Initialization team. In this role the Senior Systems Engineer will serve as part of a team working directly with a satellite development contractor as SETA (Systems Engineering Technical Advisor) to a government customer. The team role is the Intersegment lead between the Satellite provider and the Ground System provider. The candidate will lead intersegment meetings between contractors, maintain intersegment requirement's documentation, lead intersegment command and telemetry compatibility testing and provide support to launch and initialization of multiple spacecraft.
Candidates should have experience working with Satellites or Satellite Ground systems either in development or satellite operations. Launch and Initialization experience is strongly desired.
The position is in Chantilly Virginia. Travel is required to support Program management reviews, intersegment testing and spacecraft initialization.

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst Principal to fill a critical position on SAIC's Prime Program, Landmark AOS located in Chantilly, VA. Landmark AOS is a large SETA program that supports the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), which is responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle. As the Program Analyst Principal , you will support a customer organization and will provide the customer with unique insights and opportunities to positively impact the operation of their mission activities. This role is a pseudo-Chief of Staff support function. The Program Analyst Principal will thrive in environments working with senior customer leaders where coordination and communication are essential to effective information sharing. You will work primarily with one executive as the main point of contact, but also will support several others. Responsibilities to Include:
Provide support for Program Office Chief of Staff (CoS) activities to include planning & execution of Program Management Reviews (PMRs); production and staffing of the Weekly Activity Report (WAR); maintaining the New Employee Handbook.
Manage briefings for Quarterly Program Reviews (QPR) and PMRs to ensure appropriate coordination and messaging.
Schedule, coordinate, provide logistical support for, and help prepare PMR and Quarterly Program Reviews (QPR) presentations/briefings for the Program Director, as needed.
Develop briefings, slick sheets, point papers, and other work products to ensure consistent messaging for the Program Director.
Facilitate IT requests for the program office (order workstations, headsets, software, etc.).

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:

4 years of experience supporting a Government Program Office.
Working knowledge of IC principles and procedures.
Experience working with customers to develop and implement processes and procedures for information sharing. This includes the capture of key information and dissemination to stakeholders.
Experience tactfully partnering with customers to help influence how things are done effectively.
Executive experience supporting customers helping coordinate activities, capturing accurate minutes and disseminating them, capturing, and tracking actions to completion, etc. The role may evolve to include more strategic support efforts.

The Navy Business Group currently has a career opportunity for a Fleet Training Policy and Requirements Analyst to provide training program analysis and action officer support to Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet (CPF).
Program Analysts have experience at the senior level including supervisory experience. Program Analysts review program-specific data, evaluate program plans/changes, and assist in the preparation of documents with various senior levels, civilian and military stakeholders. They are able to analyze program information, strategize plans, produce quality analytic work in the form of information papers, white papers, briefs, and executive correspondence and effectively present the results in a clear and concise manner when required. Program Analysts utilize time and government furnished equipment (GFE) to accomplish their tasks successfully and promote program efficiencies. The following capabilities are typical of support tasks: equivalent of event planners, trainers, response cell, data collection, and assessment; after action reporting, policy analysts, instructors (i.e. journeyman instructor), courseware and doctrine developers; and scenario developers, and event execution support staff. Job Duties:
Support Army National Guard locations in relation to Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) support, with projects including training, consolidated infrastructure (CI) administration, federated PED (FPED) installation and administration, and other actions as directed by PED support requirements.
Serve as part of a support team and provide support for integration, configuration, and Level I/II sustainment of INSCOM supported DCGS-A CI, as well as System Administration for Windows, Linux, and other applications and emerging systems.
Networking Knowledge
Provide support to the underlying system architecture management applications like VMWare, servers, SOCET GXP, and other -platform- tools supporting configuration, monitoring, and documentation.
Maintain Active Directory for SIPR/JWICS provided service/maintenance for user accounts and assist with Host malfunctions on applications running in the stack as necessary.

This is a Senior/SME position for the network engineering team, providing network engineering expertise over a Global LAN/WAN enterprise. The well qualified candidate will possess and apply comprehensive knowledge regarding the engineering and implementation of network transport solutions. The candidate must be capable of planning and leading the testing, implementation, and maintenance of networking (LAN/WAN) technologies and devices.
