SAIC is seeking a Spacecraft Mechanical Engineer . This position is located in Chantilly, VA and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph .
In this role, you will be an integral participant in spacecraft mechanical requirements development, design analysis, and verification. Key areas of focus include structural analysis, structural dynamics, spacecraft test, spacecraft deployments, moving mechanical assemblies, and spacecraft transportation.
Job duties include:
Support the customer in the oversight of the mechanical design, integration and test of spacecraft bus.
Provide expert advice/analysis on accommodation considerations for new satellite/payload developments.
Review and coordinate on all changes to specifications, lCDs and system level requirements documentation including the mechanical accommodation of payloads onto the satellite bus.
Review spacecraft mechanical manufacturing specifications for accuracy and ensure requirement allocation documentation is complete and accurate.
Review drawings, documents and procedures for design, manufacturing and integration, and provide comments to the contractor and/or government.
Track development issues, significant accomplishments and upcoming events and provide weekly status updates to the customer.
Attend mechanical system level design reviews, and program management reviews to assess design maturity, requirements compliance and to provide informed technical recommendations to the USG.
ldentify and assess emerging risks; develop and evaluate proposed burn-down plans.
Review prime contractor readiness to proceed into spacecraft manufacturing and test.
Support factory integration and test activities, as required.
Provide support to launch and satellite on-orbit test.
Attend branch meetings as appropriate at the request of the customer to coordinate support activities Provide technical evaluation of accommodation efforts in contractor Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
Attend contractor milestone reviews (e.g. PDR, CDR, pre-test, pre- ship and other meetings) to provide technically based recommendations regarding satisfaction of review entrance and exit criteria.
Develop productive relationships with prime contractor counterparts, functional counterparts, and other spacecraft subsystem subject matter experts.
Advise and mentor USG spacecraft mechanical subsystem lead and other Vehicle Engineering Branch personnel regarding mechanical subsystem design elements.

Job Description:
The RPO plays the role of the pilot and other controllers in the Air Traffic Controller training simulator. Senior Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) Developer, working with a diverse team of analysts, linguists, cultural experts, and operations officers, focused on creating and recognizing opportunities for leveraging artificial intelligence and neural network technologies in the cyber-realm. Responsible for developing and maintaining a variety of artificial intelligence and machine learning systems in a mission-critical enterprise environment. SAIC is seeking a Systems Administrator to support our electronic records management system and software tools at United States Marshals Service in Arlington, Virginia. The Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the organization's electronic records management system. SAIC is seeking a Document Analyst to provide support on-site in the Pentagon in working as part of contract team with the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Office of the General Counsel (OGC).
The candidate will:
Work daily with the Deputy General Counsel and OGC office staff
Provide document indexing and records management support including:
Develop and maintain policy and procedures for record filing and disposal in accordance with DoD standards.
Screen, prepare, scan and index legal review files before they are sent for storage and archiving.
Coordinate records and comply with records management instructions, records retention/disposal guidance, and annual inspection of file plans/records.
Address security requirements and procedures for properly handling and storing/archiving classified materials with NARA.
Distinguish classified information from unclassified information when archiving legal files.
Codify and categorize documents for digital files.
Convert legal files into electronic form.
This includes document preparation, scanning, transferring scanned documents to storage media and performing final quality checks.
Provide database, indexing, and archival support, to include:
analysis of chronological files;
review of archival documents;
Other tasks and assignments may also include:
Providing administrative support to the OGC office attorneys.
Assisting with administration including the coordinating, assisting, and filing of legal actions for OGC.
Providing administrative and records management office support in addressing the workload (e.g., tracking, organizing, and archiving) and knowledge management activities across the government attorneys and contractor staff.
Hand-carrying legal actions to other coordinating offices throughout day.
Opening and closing actions using the suspense tracking system (STS).
Performing general editing functions, answering phone calls, escorting non-cleared personnel in the office, maintaining files, and preparing correspondence.
Making copies, scanning documents, producing files, assisting in scheduling and monthly reports, and maintaining basic office functions.
Qualifications
Required Experience/Skills:
A high school diploma and at least 5 years or more relevant document analysis/records management experience with the Department of Defense.
The ability to review, understand, and analyze complex legal and non-legal DoD documents
Understanding of security requirements and procedures for properly handling and storing/archiving classified materials.
Familiarity with NARA storage procedures
Fluency with, and understanding of, DoD, Joint Staff, and the Military Departments standards of practice and records management
Ability to leverage established relationships with other DoD components and agencies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and common office software applications.
Excellent written and oral communication skills required together with proficient research and analytical skills.
Experience with knowledge of administrative and clerical functions, processes, practices and procedures.
Flexible team player and capable of interacting at all levels within the customer space as well as other parts of the defense community.
Motivated, self-starter with the ability to accomplish tasks under pressure with limited supervision.
