SAIC Is looking for an Administrative Specialist in Norfolk, VA .
Provide the NEPA administrative record management for USFF and PACFLT including training, tracking, organizing, and storing relevant administrative record material; training USN and/or contractor personnel on the use of the administrative record tool box, including the production of training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs); indexing and maintaining inventory of the environmental document library. Work accomplished in accordance with the NEPA as outlined in SECNAVINST 5090.6 Series and OPNAV M-5090.1; and the Administrative Records Act.
Provide consolidated administrative record management for all actions occurring in the USFF and PACFLT Area of Responsibility (AOR). This includes gathering, synthesizing, developing, and disseminating administrative record guidance to all components developing administrative records for USFF and PACFLT ensuring that all ongoing efforts are following established administrative record guidelines; providing training on administrative records management at multiple locations throughout the USFF and PACFLT AOR; and maintaining critical files/deliverables of ongoing administrative record efforts at USFF and PACFLT.
Provide administrative record management for all ongoing environmental planning efforts in the USFF and PACFLT AOR including inventory of the environmental document library and creation of an index to assist in litigation/related data queries.
Assist in gathering, compiling, and cataloging documents for individual project administrative records and monitor individual project administrative record procedures for compliance with USN requirements.
Develop user friendly administrative record reference materials for dissemination to NEPA project team members including laminated cards for ready reference. Develop presentations, PowerPoint, and other presentation materials that can be used by USFF, PACFLT, and other commands/agencies (e.g., systems commands, Office of Naval Research, Naval Information Warfare Systems Command, etc.)
Develop process improvements as a result of lessons learned from administration record compilation for litigation.
Manage command tasker system for N46-assigned taskers, including coordination with management to assign responsible parties, and uploading of final approved products into the appropriate system(s).
Other duties as designated in support of environmental training operations.

Five (5) years of relevant experience in administrative and record keeping procedures. Familiarity with library, data bases, and electronic document storage; File Transfer Protocol (FTP); and understanding of digital archiving.
Comprehensive administrative skills including computer operations, word processing, computer presentations (MS PowerPoint), and spreadsheets.
Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written.

SAIC is seeking a Network Engineer/Communications Specialist for a deployable joint C2 system based in Norfolk, Virginia.
The qualified candidate will be a part of a small, agile, embedded team of support SMEs providing FSET support; to include system administration, network administration, communication, and infrastructure. Embedded personnel are considered subject matter experts (SME), mission essential and deployable on any Regional Combat Command (RCC) exercises or operations that require the use of C2 Family of Systems. The Team provides on-site technical support at the garrison and deployed locations where the C2 system operates. Embedded personnel must live in or relocate to the location of work site. This role can not be supported remotely.
Job Responsibilities :
Maintaining, processing and troubleshooting satellite systems.
Submitting satellite and gateway access requests (SAR/GAR).
Creating Request for Maintenance Assistance (RMA).
Operating, maintaining and troubleshooting Harris radios.
Typical operation and maintenance support is 5 days a week for each fielded system. Typical core operating hours at each location are 800 to 1700. Work hours in excess of 40 hours per week per person may be required during contingency operations (deployments or exercises), an alternate work schedule may be required to support 24/7 operations.

SAIC is looking for a Software Engineer Lead to support the development, evaluation, and testing of Imagery systems for the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) located on Eglin AFB, Florida.
Specifically, it involves the development of realistic composite battlespace radiance imagery to support desktop phenomenology applications, simulations, and hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) test infrastructures, through Fast-Line-of-Sight Imagery for Target and Exhaust-plume Signatures (FLITES). The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is responsible for ensuring that air traffic control specialists provide the flying public with a high level of safety and professionalism. A well-trained Air Traffic Control (ATC) workforce plays an essential role in fulfilling this responsibility. The FAA employs more than 14,000 air traffic controllers. They work in air traffic facilities of varying sizes, safely separating more than 50,000 aircraft in the National Airspace System (NAS) each day.
To provide such air traffic services, the FAA trains new air traffic control specialists and provides recurrent training to current air traffic control specialists. The FAA utilizes Contractor-provided instructional services at FAA ATC facilities throughout the U.S. and its Territories to ensure these training needs are met. The scope of the contractor-provided services includes all training and training program support to successfully train and prepare students to become fully certified air traffic controllers. SAIC must provide training and training related support services as required for all types and levels of ATC facilities.
The CTS Instructional Supervisor is a hands-on position that requires the candidate to effectively and consistently deliver the highest quality classroom and simulation laboratory training to a wide variety of students including developmental air traffic controllers and certified professional controllers (CPC).

SAIC is seeking an Engineering Technician to support the Marine Air Defense Integration System (MADIS) program located at our customer's facility in Charleston, SC .
JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Tech will be primarily tasked with performing moderate to complex vehicle integration tasks to include cable routing, metal work installations, and technical support to integrate, install, modify, and perform upgrades in support of C5ISR systems.
Other requirements may include:
Provide occasional assistance to related support areas, including but not limited to kitting and warehouse operations.
Read and follow integration documentation, written or verbal instructions, schematics, rough sketches, drawings and diagrams, layouts, and plans often requiring interpretation.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED and two (2) years of related experience in integration, manufacturing; or maintenance

OR Formal electronics Training from: Technical School, or Class A or B Military school in electronics or communications

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide technical and logistical support tasks across the logistics element areas for the Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Program 18G FST/NGJ.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Provide technical and logistical support for the research, development, sustainment, and modifications of systems capabilities and components.
Provide lifecycle logistics and technical support to ensure the application of processes across all Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements for balanced solutions addressing capability needs, design considerations and constraints, as well as limitations imposed by technology, budget, and schedule; while working to reduce total Life Cycle Cost (LCC).
Develop, review, update, provide recommendations, prepare and/or evaluate technical documentation such as repair standards, technical data packages and changes, drawings, specifications, test plans and maintenance procedures including Document Change Orders (DCOs), Design Change Notices (DCNs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Request for Engineering Information (REI), Temporary Engineering Instructions (TEIs), Engineering Orders (EOs), and Technical Directives (TDs).
Review/Analyze requests for deviations and waivers to determine the effects on production, configuration identification, operation and logistics.
Provide technical and logistical support in the following areas for the Airborne Electronic Warfare Program: assessment of system and subsystem requirements, development, analysis, evaluation of concepts/technologies, analyze metrics, data record entry, reproduction, distribution, acquisition logistics, provisioning of parts, reporting, and validation/verification of technical documentation.
