SAIC is looking for an experienced Sr. Program Manager with an active TS/SCI Eligibility ready to lead a large integration, operations, and innovation program for a major DoD Agency. This position will drive significant change across multiple networks, mission systems, and organizations to deliver best of breed technologies through innovative processes and technologies for a leading Systems Integrator in the DoD space. The successful candidate will have a history of integrated service delivery for large programs across multiple geographical locations and the technical acumen to accelerate innovation for DoD customers. Responsibilities:
Overall management of tasks performed under contract, to include all programmatic and operational requirements identified as part of the scope of work.

Overseeing quality, cost, and schedule.
Keep SAIC Executive Leadership and respective Group Vice President apprised on program review.
Oversee customer-facing portal to ensure up-to-date information is included and necessary improvements are made to meet customer and contract needs.
Serving as Customer single point of contact for all, technical, administrative, leadership, quality and contractual aspects of the effort.
Building and maintaining working relationships with high level DoD stakeholders, worldwide team members, and corporate partners.
Providing program oversight and leadership for the consolidation of several disparate large projects that support coalition operations and planning.
Seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation to achieve cost savings and program efficiencies across contract boundaries.
Providing leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to the contract leads, program team leads and individual performers on their team.
Managing the staffing, management, quality, and performance on the contract.
Support on contract growth, as appropriate, in close coordination with Business Development.
Other tasks and duties assigned as necessary to meet the requirements of successful Task Order execution.
Interface across a multi-faceted organization to apply stakeholder needs and priorities to technical solutions and operations.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree IT/Systems Management or Business or related field with 18 years of relevant experience.
Minimum fifteen (15) years in support of Enterprise IT and/or support Program(s).
Minimum of five (5) years of Program Management experience directly related to a DoD management activities.
5 years experience leading large organizations and/or initiatives of more than 500 personnel
5 years of experience leading at the Combatant Command, Service level Staff or Agency level.
Required Skills and Certifications:
Must have PMP certification (validation required).
Must have ITIL 4 Foundation certification (validation required).
T/S SCI eligibility clearance is required.
Demonstrated project and/or contract management skills to successfully manage a high-performing team providing system engineering and technical services across geographically dispersed project locations.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability and willingness to initiate and manage relationships across the organizations and manage relationships across the customer leadership team.

Job Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on border crossing station equipment, including but not limited to s LPR equipment, radar sensors, network/power, and communication devices.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to identify root causes and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime.
Install new equipment and systems according to specifications and guidelines provided by customs and border protection authorities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate equipment upgrades, replacements, and enhancements.
Adhere to all IT Security, physical security, and operations security policies
Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance activities, including maintenance schedules, repair histories, and inventory levels.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repair tasks in border crossing stations. To include vehicle driving safety.
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and provide on-call support as needed.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience as a Field Service Technician OR high school diploma and 6 years of experience as a Field Service Technician.
Current holder of a CBP Public Trust Clearance- Requiring US Citizenship
Ability to drive daily to job sites up to 100 miles away.
May travel to other locations on the U.S. border to assist with installations and ticket resolutions for up to two weeks.
Additional technical certifications or vocational training preferred.
Proven experience as a field technician or similar role, preferably in a law enforcement or border security environment.
Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electronic and mechanical systems.

In this role the candidate will:
Work daily with the Deputy General Counsel and OGC office staff.
Provide document indexing and records management support.
Develop and maintain policy and procedures for record filing and disposal in accordance with DoD standards.
Screen, prepare, scan and index legal review files before they are sent for storage and archiving.
Coordinate records and comply with records management instructions, records retention/disposal guidance, and annual inspection of file plans/records.
Address security requirements and procedures for properly handling and storing/archiving classified materials with NARA.
Distinguish classified information from unclassified information when archiving legal files.
Codify and categorize documents for digital files.
Convert legal files into electronic form.
