JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will provide engineering and technical support to USCENTCOM for the research, design, development, installation and related services for physical and electronic security systems and components. Physical and electronic security systems will include Bosch and Ademco systems.
Job Duties Include:
Review and prepare technical specifications for various security system components to interface, be repaired or be replaced on existing AMAG and Pelco systems
Coordinate, integrate and assist in the management of technical efforts being performed to ensure that identified needs are transformed into effective and life-cycle optimized systems.
Confirm that the system's definition and design reflect the requirements for all systems elements (hardware, software, data, facilities, etc.).
Work in a multifaceted team with many stakeholders (engineering, logistics, manufacturing, contractor, program leadership) in problem solving efforts for designated aspects of complex problems with many competing objectives, variables, and constraints.
Document solutions in relation to the technical, cost, and schedule constraints.
Development and review of various technical documentation, including change management documentation, presentation materials, and white papers.
Communicate with stakeholders across program offices, fleet and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience
Must be able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance; Top Secret needed to start
Must be a U.S. citizen
Experience monitoring, maintaining, enhancing and managing all system (software/hardware/network/configuration and data management) operations and system administration, integration, and data transfer for modeling and simulation tools, architecture tools
Ability to provide client consulting and training on the design and use of the network systems and architectures
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders of varying technical knowledge and viewpoints
May develop and execute contingency plans for network related hardware failures including isolated and major outages

SAIC seeks a motivated and enthusiastic Scrum Master to support the Ground Based Radar (GBR) Maintenance and Sustainment Services (GMASS) contract. This contract supports operational maintenance and sustainment of ground-based radars critical to US and Allied strategic missile warning, missile defense, and space domain awareness missions in Colorado Springs, Colorado. A well-qualified candidate should have a desire to facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events, processes, and assist teams in delivering mission and customer value. Scrum Masters will communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement on our program.
Major duties of the position include:
Serve as a facilitator of ART level events and processes including Value Stream Mapping, Roadmap creation, Backlog management, Program Increment (PI) Planning, Product Owner Sync, Scrum of Scrums, PI Review, Demonstrations, Retrospectives, and Inspect and Adapt Workshops
Serve as an Agile coach working with mission owners, stakeholders (including customers), Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Kanban leads, and Team members to ensure the processes and practices of the program align with the purposes and desired business and mission outcomes of Agile/DevSecOps principles
Establish and track key ART level metrics and regularly communicate these metrics to program/technical leadership and relevant stakeholders

Job Description:
The RPO plays the role of the pilot and other controllers in the Air Traffic Controller training simulator. The RPO operates a combination of a simulated radar display and voice communication system to simulate the actions and communication of pilots and remote ATC facilities during medium and high-fidelity training exercises. RPOs receive voice commands from students, input proper entries into the automated system to simulate pilot actions, translate displayed information into appropriate ATC terminology, and respond to the student via the VCS utilizing proper phraseology.
The candidate will be required to complete the following certifications: Classroom (pass test on airspace and procedures) and Lab (perform as a Remote Pilot Operator on all positions).
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is responsible for ensuring that air traffic control specialists provide the flying public with a high level of safety and professionalism. A well-trained Air Traffic Control (ATC) workforce plays an essential role in fulfilling this responsibility. The FAA employs more than 14,000 air traffic controllers. They work in air traffic facilities of varying sizes, safely separating more than 50,000 aircraft in the National Airspace System (NAS) each day.
To provide such air traffic services, the FAA trains new air traffic control specialists and provides recurrent training to current air traffic control specialists. The FAA utilizes Contractor-provided instructional services at FAA ATC facilities throughout the U.S. and its Territories to ensure these training needs are met. Responsibilities:
Develop and submit for Cognizant Security Authority (CSA) and Accrediting Official (AO) approval, all required documentation (SCIF concept approval, Pre-Construction Checklist, Risk Management, Fixed Facility and TEMPEST Checklists, Construction Security Plan (CSP), and Co-Utilization Agreements)
Develop a comprehensive, site-specific Construction Security Plan that identifies roles, responsibilities, and procedures to mitigate security vulnerabilities to classified spaces and system
Serve as Site Security Manager with responsibility for active involvement with the architectural team to ensure the inclusion of the client organization's vision of the operational environment into the design and planning for the SCIF/SAPF, oversee SCIF/SAPF construction, and manage construction surveillance activities during the buildout, as necessary
Prepare and maintain all accreditation documentation and inspection results
Draft, review, implement, and maintain DoD and AF compliant internal policy documents, emergency action plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) pertaining to Information Security (INFOSEC), Physical Security (PHYSEC), Operations Security (OPSEC), Personnel Security (PERSEC), Communications Security (COMSEC), Insider Threat, Antiterrorism/Force Protection, and Security education, training, and awareness (SETA)
Administer routine aspects of the Industrial Security Program in compliance with the NISPOM, DoD, IC, and other applicable government security directives associated with contract security
Maintain Personnel Security (PERSEC) records within the Government provided database, process documentation to initiate PERSEC background investigations, processing visit certifications through the JPAS/DISS systems, and process program access requests (PARs) for classified programs
Maintain and update a classified document and media control accountability process
Responsible for documentation of security incidents/violations and report submissions to appropriate program managers
Assist the Government Security team in drafting, investigating, and processing of inquiries into reports of security incidents
Qualifications
Required:
Must be a US Citizen and actively possess a TS/SCI
Bachelor's and nine (9) years, or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree
Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC), Special Security Officers (SSO) Course, NCCA, or equivalent (or willing to obtain within 12 months of employment)
Special Security Officers (SSO) Course, NCCA, or equivalent (or willing to obtain within 12 months of employment)
Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) Course, NCSC, or equivalent. (or willing to obtain within 12 months of employment)
5 or more years of federal or DoD secure facility management experience, to include planning, programming, budgeting, design, SCIF construction and management IAW Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, SCIF Accreditation, and implementation of SCIF/SAPF Management Programs throughout all phases of the facility's lifecycle
SCIF Site Security Manager experience
5 or more years of Special Security Representative and/or Program Security Officer/Program Security Manager experience
5 or more years of applied experience/knowledge of Risk Management and Criticality Analysis, security principles, and the methodology and concepts for development and implementation of site-specific policies and procedures.

SAIC is seeking a System Safety Engineer in Stafford, VA.
A successful candidate will work as part of a team analyzing equipment to identify hazards, categorize risk, and recommend mitigations to reduce the probability/severity of a mishap resulting in injury to personnel, equipment damage, and/or damage to the environment. Candidates will collaborate with government personnel, vendors and the user community to ensure the safety of Marine Corps weapons systems and platforms.
Tasks include:
Systems safety analysis of hardware and software for US Marines Corps weapons systems.
Prepare/update Safety Assessment Reports.
Generate Hazard Logs, Risk Acceptance letters, and Safety Releases in accordance with DoD and Marine Corps requirements.
Prepare National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation in support of Marine Corps acquisition programs.
Review System Requirements documentation to identify potential hazardous conditions and make recommendations to system design in collaboration with program staff.
Perform operational analysis to identify potential deficiencies in operating procedures, training documentation, maintenance procedures, storage and handling procedures, and/or ordnance handling procedures. Make recommendations to commendations to resolve deficiencies.
Review and make recommendations to test plans to ensure safety requirements are met.
Assess Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and other system change requests to identify/verify safety risks.
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or a technical related field or military experience at E-6 or higher. Experience accepted in lieu of degree.

SAIC is looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer with experience in enterprise networks to provide Tier IV level of support. This position is a Hybrid/ Remote role in San Diego, CA. Must be able to go to customer site at NAVWAR Old Town Campus as required.
JOB DUTIES:
Provide Tier IV (fault tolerant site infrastructure) technical support to both Fleet and NIWC Enterprise customers in support of Navy networks and applications.
Provide engineering services to support the Request for Change (RFC) process (in support of speed to capability for Navy networks).
Provide on-site ashore engineering subject matter expertise in support of OCONUS and at CONUS networks.
Assist with installing and integrating network systems to replace legacy networks in support of OCONUS Theater Network Operations and Security Centers (TNOSCs).
Provide SME services to assist with preparation and analysis of integration designs, implementation concepts and systems to include reviewing and assisting in the reduction of program risk per applicable risk management plans.
Assist enterprise program offices and Fleet customers with the employment of technical solutions.
Be available travel to OCONUS sites to backfill permanently deployed personnel on a temporary basis to provide technical support on equipment/systems to perform troubleshooting, correct system casualties reported via Navy Casualty Report (CASREP), provide Tier IV assistance, checkout, repair, and test worldwide.
Support Pilot testing and deployment of software upgrades and updates for workstations, servers, and network equipment.
