The Sr. Digital Deployment Specialist is responsible for quality control and the overall accuracy and completeness of all required digital project graphics deliverables (Digital Deployment Package), and deployment of assigned projects that are managed through the Global or National Operations Center. As a Sr. DDS, you will verify all graphics are correct, assemble the complete customer solution off-site, and ensure Digital Deployment Package is complete. You will also ensure all customer and Siemens' standards are adhered to before the package is turned over to the field execution team and ensure document / package completeness, as well as perform remote support for graphics implementation.
Ideally, this remote position will be located anywhere within the Northeast United States, however, other considerations will be made within the Eastern Time Zone.
As a Sr. Digital Deployment Specialist, you will:
Coordinate with PM and operations centers to ensure that all required documentation (i.e. graphics submittals, existing site standards and backup) have been provided
Assist graphics integration specialist and graphics designer to develop graphics submittal for customer approval
Work with PM and graphics designer to generate a comprehensive list of all required graphics for all assigned projects
Work with PM and graphics designer to establish graphics delivery dates so that graphics are delivered as required by project schedule
After delivery of graphics, verify graphics package is 100% complete and ready for field installation, items to be checked include at a minimum the following: points, navigation links, mechanical accuracy, symbols, customer standards and system functionality
Perform Quality Assurance on the deployment package and turns over solution to field technical resources
Ensure that end-user standards and requirements are adhered to and that all project deliverables are accounted for and reflect customer, Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), and national standards
Update cloud-based project site with testing / reviewed results and technical documents including backups of all relevant documents
Receive and track work performed in the operations centers via workflow management software as required
Provide remote support for local field technicians if issues are found within graphical digital deployment package (DDP) (when remote connectivity is available)
Act as a technical resource to all engineering and field resources
When needed, assist in setting up graphical front end for factory witness testing
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
HS Diploma or state-recognized GED
2+ years experience in building automation
Experience with graphics design
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, CAD Training, or other engineering design software applications
Must be self-directed
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree in Electronics, Computer Science or other related technical field
4+ years' experience in building automation
5+ years experience with graphics design

As a Project Manager, you will:
Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and related documents to understand project intentions, establishing comprehensive project schedules in coordination with the team while identifying crucial installation timelines

The Sr. Digital Deployment Specialist is responsible for quality control and the overall accuracy and completeness of all required digital project graphics deliverables (Digital Deployment Package), and deployment of assigned projects that are managed through the Global or National Operations Center. As a Sr. DDS, you will verify all graphics are correct, assemble the complete customer solution off-site, and ensure Digital Deployment Package is complete. You will also ensure all customer and Siemens' standards are adhered to before the package is turned over to the field execution team and ensure document / package completeness, as well as perform remote support for graphics implementation.
Ideally, this remote position will be located anywhere within the Northeast United States, however, other considerations will be made within the Eastern Time Zone.
As a Sr. Digital Deployment Specialist, you will:
Coordinate with PM and operations centers to ensure that all required documentation (i.e. graphics submittals, existing site standards and backup) have been provided
Assist graphics integration specialist and graphics designer to develop graphics submittal for customer approval
Work with PM and graphics designer to generate a comprehensive list of all required graphics for all assigned projects
Work with PM and graphics designer to establish graphics delivery dates so that graphics are delivered as required by project schedule
After delivery of graphics, verify graphics package is 100% complete and ready for field installation, items to be checked include at a minimum the following: points, navigation links, mechanical accuracy, symbols, customer standards and system functionality
Perform Quality Assurance on the deployment package and turns over solution to field technical resources
Ensure that end-user standards and requirements are adhered to and that all project deliverables are accounted for and reflect customer, Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), and national standards
Update cloud-based project site with testing / reviewed results and technical documents including backups of all relevant documents
Receive and track work performed in the operations centers via workflow management software as required
Provide remote support for local field technicians if issues are found within graphical digital deployment package (DDP) (when remote connectivity is available)
Act as a technical resource to all engineering and field resources
When needed, assist in setting up graphical front end for factory witness testing

The Building Automation Systems Specialist handles the centralized control of a building's heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, and other systems through a building management system or building automation system (BAS). T he Building Automation Systems Service Operations Supervisor leads a team responsible for performing service work for building automation systems. Why is this so important? The right candidate will coordinate specialist and technician activities for all installed projects, technical support programs, and time-and-materials (T&M) work to provide on-time delivery and ensure customer expectations and commitments are met.
As a Building Automation Systems Service Operations Supervisor, you will:
Supervise, train, and mentor the service team; set goals, monitor performance, conduct employee review meetings, and schedule formal training.
Schedule and assign tasks to the team and drive business growth by enabling and leading a highly effective team. Periodically assist the team with maintenance activities and submittal of required paperwork.

Determine technical labor loading and appropriate balance of talent to ensure proper resource coverage to meet customer needs.

Position Overview:
Siemens Mobility is looking for a Material Coordinator to join our Customer Service - NCTD Coaster Team. If you are a highly organized person with a great attention to detail and excellent communication and follow-up skills this may be a great role for you. Unload, receive, verify, and count material delivered to warehouse.

Use small hand tools and may operate material handling equipment including forklifts and hand jacks
Prepare and pre-kit material as needed.Stage material for upcoming maintenance events
Lead material and logistics working groups for all project requirements. Participate in the creation of new project requirement documents and monitor their progress.
Coordinate with Siemens Material Planner and Siemens Central Warehouse for continued flow of standard fulfillment, emergency material needs and other material/logistics requirements
Lead performance metrics for stores, including but not limited to impact of material availability to fleet availability
Perform transactions in SAP/Salesforce/SharePoint/Cormap as required.
To thrive in this role, you have:
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in logistics coordination and material management.
ERP and/or MRP system knowledge and experience
Strong experience in various MS Office applications (Excel, Access, PPT, Word, TEAM's, Power BI, etc.)
Ability to travel: Approx. 5%
Excellently demonstrated verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent customer service skills.
The ability to work in a team-oriented environment while maintaining an individual workload.

Operating CNC controlled bender
Working in a team.

Fire Inspectors play a vital role in preventing, detecting, and mitigating the impact of fires. Note deficiencies, remedies, and review pricing with customers. Complete service ticket documentation before leaving the customer site. Follow-up on corrective actions
Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all tests performed. Generate reports within Siemens tools and upload to city municipality websites
Provide instructions to customer personnel regarding proper operation and routine inspections. Assist with training
Work overtime when needed, and maintain stock, tools, and equipment in vehicles

As a Solutions Specialist, you will:

You will make an impact by:
Operates tools and equipment common to the material handling trade (e.g. manual and powered sit-down and stand-up industrial trucks, hand truck).
Provides material handling support to warehouse, quality and production departments to ensure on time receipt and delivery of material.
Safe and damage-free movement of material by use of pallet trucks, forklift trucks, or other material handling equipment.
Diagnose basic inventory discrepancies and shipping problems.
Has knowledge of material handling work procedures, Bill-of-Material lists, pick lists, quality documentation, and protocols.
Pulls packaged and palletized parts from Front Line for shipment.
Conduct cycle counts as needed.
Works with machine operators to stage and set up material.
Cleans and maintains equipment, work area and back yard shipping area to ensure proper functioning and safe working conditions.
Responsible for accurately picking and shipping customer orders.
Performs other work as directed by Supervision, Quality and production team leads and senior assembly personnel.

Position Overview
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Outbound Supervisor is responsible for supervision of the Kitting Department of the Southaven Logistics Center in Southaven, MS. This position supervises 10-12 hourly non-exempt employees across the assigned shift. The Outbound Supervisor's primary responsibility is to manage the assigned shift efficiently and effectively to yield daily output targets with all safety and quality performance standards met. In addition, this role is the first line of engagement for ER concerns from the operational team and is responsible for overseeing the development of personnel entrusted to their leadership.
We are looking for an Outbound Supervisor - 3 rd Shift. This position will be based at our Southaven, MS location (Memphis Distribution Center).
Responsibilities
Evaluate bottlenecks that exist in the operation daily and determine the labor needs to sustain positive performance across assigned shift
Ensure all Time and Attendance records are maintained daily/weekly (including weekly attendance summaries for all personnel)
Provide weekly/daily/monthly feedback to all employees regarding Production and Quality progression
Enforce all Job rules regarding code of conduct and the general guidelines of the facility (including progressive discipline)
Create a positive working environment that will allow employees to be motivated and productive in the facility
Provide Pre-Shift and End of Shift numbers regarding shift performance vs the daily plan
Collaborate with team members to standardize all operational processes across each shift in order to enforce process discipline (participation in 5S Audits and providing feedback regarding audit scores)
Ensure 75% of time is spent on the floor providing support to all personnel and managing process flow within department (utilizing daily status reports to determine performance gaps)
Provide formal handoff to oncoming shift including notes regarding WIP, 5S housekeeping, and Inventory reconciliation issues
Collaborate with team to improve operational processes through Continuous improvement activities
Work to mitigate all conflict within the team prior to exploring Chain of Command. Involve department manager after conflict has been resolved.
Enforce all work rules in the facility timely and fairly as infractions occur
Provide documented feedback to personnel bi-annually
Drives ownership culture among workforce and fosters a positive, energetic, and collaborative environment in which teamwork and diverse backgrounds are respected and valued.
Enforces health, environmental and safety standards, work practices, and housekeeping.
Manage other duties as assigned by management

The Outbound Coordinator role is a departmental support position that will directly support the execution of Outbound within the Southaven Logistics Center in Southaven, MS. This role provides semi-complex clerical support to materials management in data entry, filing, coordinating paper flow and responds to inquiries relating to packing lists and shipping instruction.
Responsibilities
Provide support to floor personnel regarding RF and Shipping issues
Serve as main point of contact with Customer Service (including answering phones, emails, etc.)
Managing overall workflow of the office including Carrier Delivery/scheduling, updating incoming shipments and expedite requests as needed
Managing Customer Service communication tools
Responsible for BOL and Shipping doc filings
Responsible for executing all desktop adjustments on behalf of department in order to support inventory accuracy
Productivity
Monitor your work performance, to develop sense of pride in your work and sense of urgency.
Actively provide feedback to supervisors and managers on all daily incidents.
Become authority on key metrics and how they are derived, and ensure you understand how you will be measured.
Ability to lead personnel within work area and perform production activities at a high level.
Be clear and concise on direction(s) given and follow-up.
Address Ineffective or counterproductive processes.

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of successful experience in a large distribution facility
Knowledge of SAP
Knowledge of order management and selection

Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree and/or equivalent experience
Lean certification, specifically Kaizen or 5S certifications
Expert SAP experience

The pay range for this position is $33,800 - $62,800. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
