The role.
Responsibilities:
Work in a Strategy and Business Development environment. Support the Strategy Sales & BD team with data extraction, sorting, summarizing, and presenting analytics on market data, customers, and opportunities.
Performs desktop research on engaged markets, verticals, and customers.
Gain a well-rounded view of Innomotics and its diversified businesses.
Collaborates with other business units and functions to complete assigned tasks.
Prepares/reviews/analyzes the Oil and Gas opportunity funnel.
Prepares, evaluates, and manages information for decision-making.
Supports with conducting internal/external workshops and arranging logistics for assigned tasks.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
Working experience in the data analytics in Industries & markets.
Currently enrolled in college with a major in engineering, Business Administration, Strategy, or Marketing.
Understand and assess Industry Market Trends e.g. in areas of Net Zero, Sustainability and Energy transition.
Master Data Analysis, data transparency and Visualization of available data sets.
Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and Power BI.
Ability to read and understand complex market data.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Leverage education, skills, and strengths to assist teams.
The pay range for this position is $31,600-$58,600. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

We are looking to add a COUNSEL - COMMERCIAL LAW to our strategic legal team. This position will be remote; however, you must be willing and able to work the 8am to 5pm business hours in the Eastern US time zone in support of our business partners.
This is a key, high-level position within the Siemens Corporation Legal Department that will provide support to the Digital Industries operations on all legal matters arising in its American operations. This is an individual contributor role.
You'll make a difference by:
Ability to work closely with business partners/management and contribute to the success of the business by providing practical legal and business advice.
Work closely with business partners across the organization and provide legal advice and approvals where required during contract negotiations.
Perform substantial drafting and negotiation of contracts with customers, vendors, and business partners.
Contract review and advice on applicable laws and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordination of legal advice with global legal colleagues.
Analyze, manage, and resolve diverse matters with government agencies and commercial customers.
Review and provide legal advice relating to high-profile contracts/subcontracts, bids, equipment/solutions and service agreements, sales transactions, project implementation issues, and general corporate matters.
Assisting clients and stakeholders to avoid liability claims and working closely with in-house/outside counsel to successfully resolve claims and litigation when it arises.
Develop and provide legal training to the organization, and work with corporate executives to ensure adherence to corporate policies.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate from a U.S. accredited institution, in good standing.
Licensed to practice law in one or more states.
Five plus years of legal experience in transactional law, acquired in either a law firm or corporate in-house setting.
Proficiency in commercial transactions and claims management.
Effective communication of legal advice or information to non-legal stakeholders.
Advanced knowledge of equipment sales contracts, solutions contracts, service contracts, and software licensing.
Comprehensive understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription-based business models and cloud infrastructure transactions.
5 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating large and complex commercial agreements, including federal government and construction contracts and transactional documents for sales of hardware, services, and software.
Travel expectation <10% (domestic and international) with travel to the relevant business headquarters office will be required on an as-needed basis.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

As a Service Specialist, you will:
Diagnose and repair electronic control system malfunctions
Provide sketches of field changes and discrepancies for engineering corrections and drawings, as well as interact with Service Manager, Service Project Manager, and subcontractors on projects to coordinate activities and report any problems or changes
Meet regularly with customers to become familiar with operating problems; keep customers informed on the nature of service provided, outstanding issues, and recommend system enhancements, upgrades, and or repairs
Provide training to customers on electronic control systems operations; deliver manuals and documentation to the customer for training needs
Compile job documentation, such as certificates of completion, customer training forms, training certificates, and punch lists

Basic Qualifications:
Experience installing and/or servicing electronic control and/or HVAC equipment. 1+ years for Mid Level.
Extensive knowledge of a variety of electronic or digital control systems, and ability to test and write modifications to system software
Experience in writing computer programs and software applications related to the HVAC industry
Experience in the integration of low-voltage building sub-systems using various industry protocols, such as BACNet, N2, Modbus, etc.
Ability to work in a variety of circumstances, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high-lift equipment; working in ducts, crawl spaces, roofs, basements, above ceilings, and in various conditions
Must be able to use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet as well as able to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations

As a Systems Specialist, you will:
Commission new distributed digital control systems on construction sites within planned timelines. Documents commissioning details; communicates deficiencies and progress.

As a Systems Specialist, you will:
Commission new distributed digital control systems on construction sites within planned timelines. Documents commissioning details; communicates deficiencies and progress.
Plan work with Lead Technician, and Team Leader.
Network technologies: Assists with data back-up from data servers and the creation of automated back-up procedures. Supports troubleshooting and resolution of inconsistencies in the functions or sequence of operations. Assists with the set-up and configuration of PC workstations and user interfaces.
Support the confirmation of proper network performance.

As a Service Specialist, you will:
Diagnose and repair electronic control system malfunctions

Fire Sprinkler Technician/Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our Smart Buildings. You will be responsible for the service and maintenance of commercial fire alarm systems. As a Fire Sprinkler Technician/Inspector , you will: Execute comprehensive testing and inspections for systems under maintenance agreements
Create detailed test and inspection reports based on code requirements and customer needs
Swiftly respond to, troubleshoot, and complete necessary repairs to maintain system functionality. Report on activities completed, deferred, or requiring further action or material
Code Compliance: Identify code and non-conformance issues, ensuring adherence to required standards
Quote small repair jobs and provide detailed parts and labor requirements to estimators and sales for large repair projects
Repair all types of fire sprinkler systems, including fire pumps, and backflows
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years' experience in the installation and/or maintenance of commercial fire sprinkler systems
Must be able to differentiate types/colors of wire; use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet; carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted
Must have NICET level 2 Sprinkler

Position Overview:
Siemens Mobility is seeking to hire a Team Lead for Commercial Project Managers/Project Controllers for our Capital Spares business under the Customer Service business unit to support exciting new projects. You will be fully accountable to the commercial and financial management through the project execution as you collaborate with internal and external partners. Assembling products according to standard procedures.
Utilizing SAP data management system, reading and interpreting documents associated with the completion of mechanical assembly assignments.
Performing assembly operations and utilizing measuring instrumentation to ensure proper placement of components in specified relationship to each other; bolt, screw or fasten parts using hand tools or powered tools.
Completing 100% inspection in area of responsibility to ensure wiring and all parts are in place and secured.
Testing and adjusting if necessary. Preparing finished units for shipping (e.g. packing, sealing, labeling, etc.). Being able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Detecting, reporting and documenting unusual conditions, defective material or specific problems related to quality, safety and delivery.
Having the ability to work in a team, multi-task, cross-train and perform within production requirements is required.
Performing other work as directed by Supervision

Must complete and pass Essential Functional Testing
1 year of working experience is desired

Brake press setup to form steel, aluminum, and copper per blueprint specs
Work in a team.

Work with ISO/work standards.
Complete confirmation documentation via SAP data management system or DMM.
Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure functioning and safe working conditions and wears appropriate PPE.
Access and utilize various documents, with the use of computers, associated with the manufacture of products in assembly for completion of confirmations (e.g. Quality and Safety Documents, Operating Instructions, etc.)
Basic Qualifications

Prior experience/knowledge in CNC Punches and Brake Press
Experience with changing turret dies per set up sheet to complete specific orders
Must be able to read 2D & 3D blueprints, apply basic shop math, digital literacy, and use of basic mechanical/measuring tools.

The Machinist III-Tool & Prototype Tech is responsible for preventive maintenance, repair of support equipment, training, and overseeing over all shop functions. A Technician is responsible for making Engineered prototype parts, precision tools (such as jigs, molds and dies), special guides and holding devices, which are then used in the manufacturing process to make products. Proceed with all day-to-day Tool & Prototype Tech operations; and adheres to internal working rules and guidelines.
Use sketches, blueprints, specifications, and models to plan operations for the fabrication of dies, tools, and assemblies, ensuring safety and maximum efficiency.
Verify dimensions of finished parts to ensure they conform to specifications using dial indicators, gauge blocks, calipers, micrometers and or other measurement equipment.
Utilize hand and machine tools to assemble parts of tools and dies and to repair and modify gauges, jigs, and dies.
Design templates and jigs to be used as work aids for convenient fabrication of products and parts.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and perform repairs on tools, manually operated dies and progressive dies.

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
5 plus years of experience in practical experience in tooling and adjusting speeds and feeds.
1 plus years of programming 3axis CNC machines using either CAM program or G Code.
Ability to select correct materials based upon machining, heat treating, welding, wear, and polishing.
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and tool drawings.
Ability to program and operate CNC mills, CNC EDM's, CNC lathe and other standard tool room equipment.
Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of vocational training period.
Preferred experience withpress break press, Hurco machine center, and/or Mitsubishi wire EDM.
Uses computer aided design software for creating complex models, patterns, templates, and component detailed drawings for new product concepts.
Complete knowledge of equipment and practices associated with fixture, prototype, and mold building.
Full knowledge of precision inspection practices, hand tools and equipment.
In depth knowledge of materials used in the fabrication of tools, prototypes, and molds.
CAD/CAM experience preferred (Solid works and Master cam).
Excellent PC skills, to include ability to learn new programs.
Analytical thinking combined with conceptual and organizational abilities.
Team oriented personality who can work well by themselves or on a team in an international environment.
Proactive at executing daily tasks and achieving long-term goals.

The pay range for this position is $48,400 - $83,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
