The Machinist III-Tool & Prototype Tech is responsible for preventive maintenance, repair of support equipment, training, and overseeing over all shop functions. A Technician is responsible for making Engineered prototype parts, precision tools (such as jigs, molds and dies), special guides and holding devices, which are then used in the manufacturing process to make products. They will work with a variety of materials including metals, alloys, plastics and ceramics, A Technician's job will also involve using computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines, so a solid background in a variety of technical and IT processes is important.

You will make impact with the following responsibilities:

  • Proceed with all day-to-day Tool & Prototype Tech operations; and adheres to internal working rules and guidelines.

  • Use sketches, blueprints, specifications, and models to plan operations for the fabrication of dies, tools, and assemblies, ensuring safety and maximum efficiency.

  • Verify dimensions of finished parts to ensure they conform to specifications using dial indicators, gauge blocks, calipers, micrometers and or other measurement equipment.

  • Utilize hand and machine tools to assemble parts of tools and dies and to repair and modify gauges, jigs, and dies.

  • Design templates and jigs to be used as work aids for convenient fabrication of products and parts.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and perform repairs on tools, manually operated dies and progressive dies.

  • Interface with external and internal customers, handle supplier and customer concerns, and work with team members to solve problems during the production process.

  • File and finish workpieces using the appropriate hand tools to ensure products are smooth and that they fit together properly.

  • Select the appropriate metals and materials to be used based on properties, ensuring they meet project specifications.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 5 plus years of experience in practical experience in tooling and adjusting speeds and feeds.

  • 1 plus years of programming 3axis CNC machines using either CAM program or G Code.

  • Ability to select correct materials based upon machining, heat treating, welding, wear, and polishing.

Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and tool drawings.

  • Ability to program and operate CNC mills, CNC EDM's, CNC lathe and other standard tool room equipment.

  • Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of vocational training period.

  • Preferred experience withpress break press, Hurco machine center, and/or Mitsubishi wire EDM.

  • Uses computer aided design software for creating complex models, patterns, templates, and component detailed drawings for new product concepts.

  • Complete knowledge of equipment and practices associated with fixture, prototype, and mold building.

  • Full knowledge of precision inspection practices, hand tools and equipment.

  • In depth knowledge of materials used in the fabrication of tools, prototypes, and molds.

  • CAD/CAM experience preferred (Solid works and Master cam).

  • Excellent PC skills, to include ability to learn new programs.

  • Analytical thinking combined with conceptual and organizational abilities.

  • Team oriented personality who can work well by themselves or on a team in an international environment.

  • Proactive at executing daily tasks and achieving long-term goals.

As a Project Manager , you will:

As a Systems Specialist, you will:

  • Commission new distributed digital control systems on construction sites within planned timelines. Documents commissioning details; communicates deficiencies and progress.

  • Plan work with Lead Technician, and Team Leader.

  • Network technologies: Assists with data back-up from data servers and the creation of automated back-up procedures. As a Service Specialist, you will: ** **

  • Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies

  • Work with multiple internal service team members including Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and RAM Digital Service Center personnel

Siemens is looking to fill a permanent position for an Account Development Representative II to work within the Sales TIA organization. Siemens Account Development Representatives are responsible for proactive lead generation through execution of outreach campaigns for through sequence of phone and digital media touchpoints. These activities will lead to opening new accounts or expanding into new product categories at existing customer base. This role works directly with regional selling teams to identify, penetrate, and cultivate new business opportunities. The role.

Innomotics is looking for developing an Order Controller to support the Project Execution (PE) team. The position will report directly to Project Management.

The role of the Project Execution Order Controller is to coordinate, expedite, and prioritize buyouts for the Project Execution Organization. This includes placing purchase requisitions on the behalf of the Project Management team and actively communicating to vendors to acquire updates on buyouts. In addition, this position will help support purchase for resale motors and drive only projects from a project management perspective.

  • Facilitate 3rd party vendor deliveries and track the statuses.

  • Lead purchase requisitions on behalf of the Project Management team.

  • Actively connect with vendors regarding requirements.

  • Act as an expediter between Supplier and Innomotics when needed.

  • Coordinate supplier lead times with project management and scheduling.

  • Maintain centralized location of PE buyouts by leading the PE Master Buyout Tracker.

  • Act as a support function specifically during the execution of the purchase for resale motors and drive only projects.

  • Communicate to Upper Management when delays will be impacting customers.

  • Develop and facilitate a recurring meeting with key suppliers as needed with Procurement.

  • Partner with procurement to identify common buyouts and maintain safety stock of key components.

  • Develop and maintain supplier data tracker and share with PE PM group.

Your profile.

  • 5+ years with Order Management or Supply Chain Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or business equivalent

  • SAP experience required.

  • Microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Consistent track record to expertly run vendor communication for sophisticated issues and /or sensitive situations.

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Excellent client-facing and internal presentation skills

  • Confirmed interpersonal skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, time management and problem-solving skills.

  • Confirmed ability to work closely with a variety of roles such as field service, engineering, and product management to successfully prioritize and resolve customer issues in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.

  • Provide production updates mid-day and at the end of the shift to monitor production progress and address assembly issues.

  • Complete a Shift Operator Activity Document (SOAD) once per day

  • Receive training to become a backup Group Leader for the current leads in CAN Assembly

  • Responsible for Kitting Custom CAN Material as well as material staged for production on the NEMA Line

  • Responsible for relaying the next shift run plan daily to management and entering production numbers into the system for tracking

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current experience in the Lighting Panel Department and/or at least 2yrs of previous LP experience

  • Knowledge of all operations in the area, material flow, and SAP transactions

  • Familiarity with Lighting Panel products and processes

  • A valid forklift license

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in the dynamic environment

  • Experience in empowering teams

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize

  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language.

  • Reach, grasp, lift 50 lbs., and push/pull/slide heavy material and make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects.

The Integrated Security Sales Manager is committed to promoting Siemens strong market position for delivering smart building technology for Security Solutions (new construction) and Service (end-user) to help our customers create outstanding experiences for their customers. Our Sales Managers lead a team responsible for transforming buildings to be digitally connected and controlled and with your strong leadership skills and passion for team building you'll help find and hire top talent, develop employees, and promote long-term retention. You'll work closely with all branches and sales offices in the Southeast Zone, including our Branch General Managers and Sales Managers. Sales reps will report into their local branches, but this role is ultimately responsible for the growth of our security business.

As an Integrated Security Senior Sales Manager you will:

  • Achieve order intake volume and profit goals for Southeast Zone.

  • Recruit and onboard new sales talent to fill open positions

  • Promote team selling and expansion of existing relationships across divisions and/or geographic areas.

  • Act as a resource to sales employees regarding our products, applications, and services; support the sales process through all phases, including job turnover and implementation.

  • Communicate goals, provide mentoring to develop skills, lead employee performance, and conduct performance appraisals and coach sellers to strategically assess customer needs and identify customer buying priorities.

  • Review bids to ensure accuracy to meet company and customer objectives. Assist employees in setting margins, identifying resources, and assessing future business and establish executive-level relationships with targeted contractors and customers.

  • Network with field organization, headquarters, and other Siemens divisions to gain knowledge of offerings, share knowledge with your team and other employees and develop sales forecasts and provide input to sales targets.

  • Assist the sales team in identifying market opportunities; develop strategies to improve impact to the company. Participate in development of long-range sales planning and growth strategies.

  • Articulate and drive our digitalization strategy, remote services, and big data analytics and maintain trade contacts and participate in industry association functions.

  • Travel overnight 10% on average for training and business development.

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or state-recognized GED

  • 10+ years of sales experience and proven track record within a similar industry

  • Must be able to demonstrate:

  • Technical proficiency in commercial Integrated Security/Commercial Building Infrastructure Security industry

  • The ability to interpret job specifications and drawings to coach sellers in developing winning strategies

  • Working knowledge and understanding of contracting business with tier of contractors

  • Organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite

  • Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering

  • Management experience in the construction industry

  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM

  • The pay range for this position is $118,790 - $203,640 with an annual incentive target of 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
