Senior Fire Alarm Systems Service Technicians play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our Smart Buildings. You will be responsible for the service and maintenance of commercial fire alarm systems. You will ensure that components are inspected, tested, operated, and maintained according to the operational requirements of the customer.In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also act as a mentor, providing on-the-job training to less experienced technicians, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge-sharing within our team. As a* *Senior Fire Alarm Systems Service Technician, you will:
Execute comprehensive testing and inspections for systems under maintenance agreements.
Create detailed test and inspection reports based on code requirements and customer needs
Swiftly respond to, troubleshoot, and complete necessary repairs to maintain system functionality. Report on activities completed, deferred, or requiring further action or material
Identify code and non-conformance issues, ensuring adherence to required standards
Quote small repair jobs and provide detailed parts and labor requirements to estimators and sales for large repair projects
Plan work with Lead Technicians and Supervisors to strategize tasks effectively
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in the installation and/or maintenance of commercial fire alarm systems
Must be willing and able to differentiate types/colors of wire, use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet, carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 poundsunassisted
Must obtain NICET Fire Alarm Certification Level 3 within 12 months
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to read/understand design and construction documents
Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or state-recognized GED; Associate degree in electronics or related field preferred
5+ years' experience in the installation and/or maintenance of commercial fire alarm systems

As a Service Specialist, *you will:* **
Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies
Work with multiple internal service team members including Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and RAM Digital Service Center personnel
Follow safety requirements as outlined by Siemens and customers and successfully complete assigned training as outlined in the training path
Follow mandatory policies, procedures, and standards, may coordinate with contractors on job sites, maintain tools and test equipment
Support after hours during on-call rotation, respond to service calls (emergency and on-site) as assigned. Perform repairs as directed on all automation system types
Responsible for completing service ticket documentation per the policy, follow and maintain preventive maintenance schedules
Maintain complete and accurate documentation of services performed and generate reports within Siemens tools
Provide instructions to customer personnel regarding proper system operations and assist with training
Identify and report system discrepancies, suggest system upgrade opportunities, and may assist in pricing of repairs and upgrades to existing agreement and perform system checkout and startup on projects
Participate in job site final walk and/or final completion for systems-to-service turnover on assigned jobs perform other duties as assigned
Develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers, identify needs, and resolve issues
Work Overtime as needed (Compressed schedule performance can be a factor and will require extended hours to meet commitments)
Work Rotational On-Call and/or Minimal Overnight Travel
Use Siemens technology and devices, work remotely, identify and quote deficiency repairs and manage deadlines
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Electro-mechanical experience (either in a previous role or through education) and user PC/software skill
3+ years of experience performing preventive maintenance and diagnostics of automation systems
Demonstrated on-the-job experience with:
Open protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP Ethernet and networking
Engineering concepts, programming, job start-up and checkout, and troubleshooting
Ability and willingness to work in a variety of circumstances, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high lift equipment, working in ducts, crawl spaces, roofs, basements, above ceilings, and in various conditions
Must be able to use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet as well as able to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or state-recognized GED
Specialized skill training/certification
Experience installing and servicing electronic control or HVAC equipment; 1+ years

As a Fire Inspector, you will:
Follow and maintain high structured inspection schedules providing inspection, testing, and performing minor service and deficiency repairs for fire alarm equipment to comply with NFPA72 standards as well as state and local codes. Note deficiencies, remedies, and review pricing with customers. Complete service ticket documentation before leaving the customer site. Follow-up on corrective actions
Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all tests performed. Generate reports within Siemens tools and upload to city municipality websites
Provide instructions to customer personnel regarding proper operation and routine inspections. Assist with training
Work overtime when needed, and maintain stock, tools, and equipment in vehicles
Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures
Complete required training and certifications within the time requirements for this role

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated, innovative, and data driven Financial Analyst to join our team. You will be a pivotal contributor to the success of our business by pushing our organization to continuously increase our value by demonstrating improvement in process, efficiencies, transparency, reducing cost, and increasing profitability. Essential to the success of the Financial Analyst role, you will develop critical metrics that identify areas of improvement, including root cause analysis, implementing solutions, and monitoring progress towards our goals - all while staying within budget!
This dynamic role requires an individual with a desire to be involved in all aspects of the business from opportunity, bid, project controlling, R&D cost controlling, P&L and Balance sheet ownership related to the respective work area. Some days will include financial analysis and forecasting, while others will be spent invoicing customers and creating sophisticated pricing models to support the Segment Heads. This role can be based in our Sacramento CA HQ or work out of another Mobility US location.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Create a monthly forecast of the business with inputs from projects and other part of the business,
Perform critical trend and variance analyses during the monthly close process and completion of P&L and Balance Sheet Analytics to meet several requirements,
Validation that monthly financials are accurate before closing,
Provide initial indications to management regarding financial results for the month, including key drivers,
Interaction with Business Areas to derive monthly closing commentary and variance drivers,
Perform account reconciliations for accounts in scope and participate in quarterly audit activities. Maintain and perform critical controls around closing and reconciliation activities,
Perform historical and trend analysis on key business components (volume/gross profit, SG&A, cash flow, headcount, etc.),
Calculate complex pricing models/ Business model with an analysis of Capex/Opex, SAAS revenue over time etc.
Give financial impact analysis to business heads based on different business models.
Monitor labor bookings
To thrive in this role, you have:
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or other business-related degree,
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Analysis,
Strong skills of Digitalization and Automation Tools (i.e. Tableau and Power BI),
Experience in monthly close activities, budgeting/forecasting, various types of financial analysis (business modeling),
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel,
Ability to network, collaborate and willingness to learn,
Strongly demonstrated communication and presentation skills,
Ability to effectively manage deadlines and prioritize,
Have a continuous improvement mindset and work on processes to optimize operational performance and provide new insights that help in analysis and decision making.

We are looking for an Electro Assembler to join our production team on 2nd Shift. This position will be based at our new and growing facility in Fort Worth, TX.
You'll make an impact by:
Processing and scanning in and out work orders (utilizing computers, scanning devices, etc.) in adherence to the production schedule or expedited orders.
Reading and interpretation of documents associated with the completion of mechanical assembly assignments (blueprints, bill of materials, one-line diagrams, etc.).
Collection of parts and accessories required in the assembly process, assemble fabricated parts to build unit assemblies (Low Voltage Switchgear, Switchboards, and Power Panels) or subassemblies while using tools and equipment common to the mechanical and/or wiring trade (hand & power tools, wire strippers, pliers, crimpers).
Preparing finished units for shipping (packing, sealing, labeling, etc.).
Secure component parts on frames, subassemblies, or unit assemblies white verifying that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements.
Disassemble units to adjust or replace parts and connect cables and basic wires, mark units with identifying information and/or attaches identifying tags, reports non-conforming items.
